Title: no netflix credit? help?

i signed up from the site to netflix, for the trial, and once the trial was completed they charged my card. im looking at my statement online and i completed it, now im a paying member. but why hasnt it been posted to my fusioncash account? it hasnt, and its been almost a week since. :dontknow:

I had this problem with BlockBuster. You could open a support ticket but be prepared for them to tell you there isnt anything that they can do. Did you use a prepay card? That might be why no credit too-thats a no no.
