Go out for a jog everyday. Stay on a healthy diet.

Reduce your caloric intake by about 280 calories per day, increase protein to about 30% of your diet, eat six small meals per day (equal portions of protein/carbohydrates in palm sized portions) and burn an additional 500 calories per day: half an hour of jogging, one hour of biking, fourty five minutes of swimming, thirty minutes of weightlifting or ninety minutes of brisk walking. Stick to whole, non-fatty foods...an abundance of vegetables, fruits, and nuts.

try jogging for an hour every day and this will help you to stay on a better diet because your body needs nutrients more if you are excersising every day so the best way to stay on a diet is to exersize quite alot.

Eating healthy and exercising daily will keep you in shape.

I am a huge fan of pushups. I crank out about 400 per day. Lifting weights helps to tone as well. Be careful to eat healthy as this is most important with any exercise regimen. Get a good mix of cardio and strength training (about 50/50). Avoid supplementing with excessive caffeine products as they are terrible for you...just buy a multivitamin if you are looking for a healthy energy boost. Drink lots of water and eat as much fruits and vegetables as you please because they will fill you up so you do not snack excessively. Most importantly, have fun and do what you love to do! If you are bored working out you will never stick with it. Find a routine that works for you and stick with it.

I try to walk every evening and try not to eat after 6.. Oh and drink lots of water :)

I would have to agree with previous posters that it is important to eat six small meals a day instead of 3 large ones because it causes you to be not as hungry through the day which will help you less and not have snack cravings for unhealthy food. Also make sure to take a walk everyday, go jogging, or work out. I know that for me the hardest part was to get started. After that everything has worked out perfectly. Keep up the hard work and you will see the benefits pay off in the long run.

You have to work out basically 5 times a week to keep your body balanced. Eat and healthy, and try not to eat fatty foods that would really not be beneficial to your body.
