Antipasto Ramen salad

      1 package any flavor ramen noodles
      1/4 cup pepperoni, sliced
      1/4 cup black olives
      1/8 cup  onion, sliced
      Italian dressing

      Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Add
      pepperoni, olives and onions. Sprinkle on dressing and toss.

      You can add all kinds of veggies I change this up often cucumbers are good in it too..My kids love it and it is super cheap..I also add the seasoning here and there to give the salad a kick its really good with shrimp or oriental..

Cheesy Ramen meat pie...

    * 2 bags beef ramen noodles
    * 1 can Hormel chili with or without beans (25 oz. can)
    * 1/4 of nacho dorito's bag
    * 1/4 cup diced jalapeno pepper
    * 1 T chili powder
    * 1 throw away metal pie pan
    * about 7or8 sliced thin Velveeta cheese

Start by boiling about 3 cups water, bring to boil ad just the noodles let sit until noodles are cooked about 5 min stirring 1 time.

Drain water set aside. Heat chili in small sauce pan just until it gets hot, add seasoning packets to noodles. Crush doritoes add some to the bottom a lightly buttered pie pan untill bottom is covered, add some noodles to cover those with some chilli that have your peppers and chilli powder in it, add some cheese and more doritos then more chips repeat untill all ingredients are gone making sure cheese and then doritoes are on top. cook in a 350 degree oven about 10 or 15 min...Or Microwave till layers of cheese melt..

Here are a couple things I have done with ramen.
--------------------------
Recipe 1
cooked ramen noodles
pace salsa
tomato soup
shredded cheese on top
It is really good . I use mild salsa but you can probably use a more spicy salsa if you like it.
-------------------------
Recipe 2
cooked ramen noodles
frozen stir fry veggies
cooked meat (optional)
added sauce (optional) Sometimes I add teryaki or soy sauce

I like to add minced ginger root and a pinch of szechuan spice to the "Oriental" flavor.  It tastes much, much better.

    Cook your ramen noodles (do not use the little seasoning packet-throw it away). Use Alfredo white sauce instead of noodle pizza sauce. Alfredo white sauce is sold in jars at your local supermarket next to the noodle tomato sauces.
