I've seen that myself, but never took advantage of it. I think it's actually offered by Paypal......for Ebay. Don't know how it works, but I like to pay for my purchases right away. It would be a good option if you find something really big and you really want it, like a camera, laptop, or something kind of expensive.

You have to factor in how much they will charge you in interest to carry a balance for you. It can't be a good rate, I would think. There has to be detailed instructions on the program that you can read. I believe if you click on the link for "Bill Me Later", it will give you all the details. By law they have to spell out the terms and conditions of the program, just like any other credit program or credit card. Get familiar with the policy before you do anything. You should be afraid, as some of these offers are to get you to pay more in the long run. Like the rent to own furniture places are indeed a rip off as people pay 2-5 times what the item is worth. They target people with low incomes and no or bad credit. Stay away from those places. Also the PayDay Advance places are another rip off monetarily.

that's the reason why I didn't apply it. everytime when I choose, sometimes I choose Bill me later, but when I pay, I change it to paypal balance or just connect to my account!
but since they accept Bill me later, then that means if you pay immediately, they get the same, they make more money then. No Idea!
