I don't think I have ever had a real estate survey, is that your industry? I find that I rarely get asked about IT and telecommunication when I take surveys

Yes that is my background. And your right, based on today's economy I would think at least the Real Estate Industry would be intereted in the Publics opinion. Don't you. I mean I saw one survey about Anthony Casey trial. Go figure, like that has a lot to do with what?  Have a great day

Yes it is odd the type of surveys we get. I am glad I haven't seen the Anthony Casey one! We should be surveyed about things that matter. Real estate is a great topic, surveying demographics alone on how much people pay, the types of housing etc. could definitely help us in this rut

I've had one real estate related survey recently - from a partnered site through GiveUsYour2Cents.  Most of the surveys lately have regarded grocery shopping or buying a car.

No but I would like to do one, not because real estate is my field but because it is a big source of trauma and drama in my life.  I think the whole situation with the real estate situation is sad and somewhat riduculous - I mean if its your field you are hurting, if you have a house you can't pay for you are hurting.  It seems to me the banks are the entire source of all the problem but are doing little to fix it nor suffering themselves but there are houses sitting empty in our area and falling apart because they were abandoned due to foreclosure.  Sorry guess this was more than was asked for.  For anyone posting who is a real estate agent that isnt making it, you are in my prayers as are those who have houses they can't pay the payments on.....

Well you hit a lot of things on the nail. I was in Real Estate, got started here just as the Market Crashed. Hoping one of my deals would go through just so I could pay my fees, dues memberships etc required so I could keep going. Unfortunatley, it fell through, and because I could not re-new my dues, My license expired. Now I would have to start all over again re-take the brokers exams etc etc, and frankly I am just too tired of it all. But My interest is still in Real Estate. So I am thinking if possible maybe I will just hire a Realtor for things I am interested in checking into. You don't pay unless you close a deal. Realtors work hard a lot of times for no money and spend a lot of there own money (expenses) just trying to keep things going.

Have a great Christmas
