There is a brand new Emily Rossum video under special offers. I watched it using safari and did not get credit. I am going to watch it using firefox later and see if I get credit. :wave:

Try watching it using IE. The videos seem to be crediting better in that browser this week for some reason...especially the Emily Rossum one. There was even a behind-the-scenes version that I was also credited for in IE. It's been a very lucrative video this week. Some sort of weird glitch. I'm not complaining, though. Also watch for the new Air New Zealand video which just appeared today! ;D

I downloaded and used Google Chrome. And got credited for three views. I did not get credit using safari or firefox. Other members suggested using Google Chrome. That is how I heard about it. Thanks FC members. :thumbsup:

Try using google chrome. I got no credit using safari or firefox but got credit three times using google chrome. And I learned this from a FC member in the forum. :wave:

Yeah I have tried this several times myself and no credit showed up but I'm using Firefox so I will switch to IE and see if that works. Don't really wanna dl Chrome just for this one vid so hopefully IE gets it done.

I've made a half a dozen video watches with the Emily Rossum video with no luck. I thought after watching a few I would eventually run out of the videos, but they just keep going with the same one.

watch Rossum video using internet explorer that is what I use and get instant credit.

I tried watching in FF - no go. I tried in Chrome - it wouldn't show the video. It worked in IE! YEAH!

Thank You for the very helpful information. I needed that, since I have been "stuck" on the Emmy Rossum video for nearly a week with FireFox! :angry7: I love Firefox and hate having to go into my IE or Google Chrome browser, but I will give it a try and see if it will credit under those browsers. Thanks again! :thumbsup:

I had success watching Emily Rossum video using Google Chrome. I was able to watch it three times and got credit each time. And then the video went away. :thumbsup:

I reinstalled firefox all together and the video still didn't credit. So, I guess it's finally time to turn away from Firefox for a bit. :icon_rr:

I have watched it several times using FireFox with no credit. I'm not interested in Chrome just to watch a video.

I have the same problem I watch it and it wont credit or go away lol,,, hoping it does soon,, I don't want to try IE I hardly use that anymore.
