Title: Vacation

Has anyone gone away for summer vacation OR plan on going away.

If so, where?

We are going to Orlando this weekend and a cruise in Oct.

We are going to Michigan's upper pennisula in a few weeks for a week. We plan to 4-wheel, fish, swim, kayak and just plain old relax.

i don't have plans this year.i think maybe next year we will go to EUROPE. ilove to be there.European culture is so different!!!!!!!! :D

We took our vacation early this year and went to Florida in April.  We went to disney for 5 days and then to visit my sister for a couple of days in Ocala Florida and then down to St Pete Beach.... I LOVE it there!!!!!   We had a great time for a couple of weeks.  This past week my hubby took a week off and we stuck around home and went to the pool and watched movies etc..... nice quite time before he has to go on a month long 7 day a week job.

Going to France in less than two weeks.  Thinking on going on a cruise from my birthday in September since it will be a little cheaper hopefully.

We went to Wisconsin to see our daughter and then brought her back to TN and she and I want to see maternal family before we flew her back to WS...

I am on vacation right now. I am in Denver area visiting a girlhood friend whom I have not seen in 40 years. In September, I am going to AARP 2011 in Los Angeles.

VACATION?  WHAT IS THAT?  FINANCES DOES NOT PERMIT SUCH A LUXURY FOR ME.  BUT I KEEP HOPING THAT THE FINANCES WILL GET BETTER AND SOON ALLOW IT.

I don't have plans at the moment, but I still may go to the beach and maybe go somewhere else.

We are going to go to Maine in a couple of weeks for a few days to see family.  I am not going to go to far the gas is to expensive and it is tough on the vacation.

me and my bf went to ohio a few months ago for a linkin park concert even tho it got cancelled we still went. It was still pretty cool though and everybody was really nice. we definitely want to go again

Hubby and I are going to Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand before summer's end.   :thumbsup:
