what is you exercise daily plan?
BQ: How do you get rid of what arm flab that jiggles when you wave lol.
-
lifting weights and moving your arms during cardio can help with the arm flab
-
yes but not enough
-
The only exercising I do is chasing around my 14 mth old. I maintain my weight by eating small meals throughout the day.

To tone your arms you gotta do lower weights/ higher reps...like around 15 reps of curls/tricep extensions.

My wife and I walk about 4 miles, 5 times a week. So we walk a total of just over 20 miles a week. It has been hot lately, probably took about 2 inches off my waste the last couple of months.
-
I not very consistent on exercising.
-
I usually make it to the gym 3 times a week, and take jujitsu twice a week. I bike to and from work 3 times a week, too.
-
No I'm too lazy. I do a lot of walking though.
-
I exercise at least three times a week. As far as the under arm jiggle, I hold my arms out to the side even with my shoulder. Then I make big circles with my arms, first forward then backwards. There are other things you can do like lifting weights.
-
Yes I do exercise "ZUMBA" I actually started in January and stopped in May until last week. My 3 kids are all in sports so didn't have time to go to classes. But i did lose 12 lbs and it also toned my body. My arms also, you should try it, it's alot of fun especially if you like to dance :bootyshake:
-
Yes I do but its hard with school and stuff but I try I go through fazes to going to the gym everyday for 2 weeks then not going for a week so its on and off but I do exercise
-
Yes. All the time. On average I run 100 miles a month, take two turbo kick box classes a week, and usually do some other exercise like walking or rowing or riding a bike.
It's awesome.

For arm flabs, they told me swimming is good! I exercise at home because I do not like gym equipment. Zumba classes are good too. Dance and firm your body!
-
yes.yoga,running,walking

I have "fallen off the wagon" so to speak! I usually try to walk at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. We have been camping a few times this summer and I have taken my bicycle to ride but its been so hot that only makes me lazier! Hopefully whenever it cools off I can get back with it!
-
Yep - I work with a personal trainer 3 times a week, I train with a coach for figure skating 2 - 3 times a week. And on my "off" days I try to walk a mile on my treadmill and bike a mile on my stationary bike, then do a 20-30 minute stretch session - most of this at the moment is to rehab an internal rotator. I'm hoping to get back into my pilates and tae-bo tapes on some off days.
With arm flab - need to do some moderate cardio (walking, running, biking, etc) to help reduce fat/weight, and do some arm toning exercises with light weights (3-5 pounds to start) - bicep curls, tricep curls, tricep dips (on stairs), push-ups (can be knee push-ups). Start with doing 10-15 reps, 3 rounds. To break it up, you may want to alternate with 10-15 crunches and work your abs. Don't forget to do some light stretching after your weight lift. Also, try to eat some quality protein within 20 minutes after weight training to provide your body with some of the compounds it'll need to build/tone the muscles you just worked.
-
If your goal with "arm flab" is just to get rid of the fat, then just lose weight. Your body will use up fat equally throughout your body as it burns the calories away. There is no way to specifically target fat on any part of the body. You can target a zone by toning the specific muscles, but if there's a layer of fat in the way, you won't be able to see the muscle tone as well until that fat's gone.
I started seriously working out (cardio only) about a month ago; added strength training about 2 weeks ago.
What I do is this:
Day 1: 20-30 minutes cardio, then 15-30 minutes strength training
Day 2: Cardio only
Day 3: Cardio only
Repeat
I put 2 days of "rest" between each major strength training day. The cardio activity varies; on some days I walk, others I swim, still others I do aerobics. I've lost a total of 6 lbs so far. Kapeh12 listed several good exercises to do; push ups are especially recommended, since they work your arms, shoulders, and abs. If you lack space on the floor for knee or regular push ups, or have difficulty with them, try wall push ups to strengthen your muscles.
For extreme fat burn, water jogging is excellent if you have access to a pool. Done properly, you can burn 11-13 calories every minute! The deeper the water, the better.

i run 5 miles a day and weight lift
-
Yes, exercise does a body good!

me and my hubby started p90x! it's intense and we love it. Im trying to lose my baby weight. It's working i also cut out alot of carbs!
-
I've been doing core rhythms dance work out for about 3 months. I'm trying to lose my baby weight but it's really tough :confused1:
-
i dont have a car atm so i pretty much walk everywhere. i pulled a muscle in my leg it hurts so bad right now i think its just from walking so much.
-
::) when I have time
-
Yes I exersize. Walk four miles a day and than I have this exersizing equipment that helps you work like sit ups I guess. I lost a lot of wait when I could speed walk I lost more wait and her where I am now I can't see to loose that belly. I am a very active person I don't like sitting around doing nothing. I have ducks and chickens and a horse and several dogs and one cat to take care of as well.
-
I get up around noon, then jog into the bathroom. This is just the first stop on my rigorous circuit training plan. Next it's off to the fridge for a totally unhealthy meal, and then another jog to my couch. I lift the remote at least 50 times a day and my fingers are getting a workout right now!
-
hahaha that sounds like a nice workout plan!
-
only sometimes and mostly it's just walking
-
i just bought jumbo jam workout dvds..it helps out a lot
-
I started p90x at the beginning of this summer. It has really helped toning me up, including my arms. Doing 12-15reps of lower weight curls, skull crushers, tricep extensions, and other lifts like that will help.
-
3-5xs a week ... depends on my schedule ... have to say that if I drop out of an exercise routine .... I notice a huge difference in energy levels!
-

plastic surgery, unfortunately!!!!
-
I try to get up early everyday with my daughter and work in the yard, like watering and pulling weeds, which burns alot of calories. Since its been so super hot in texas, I've kinda slacked of though!
-
Fortunately, your arms are one of the fastest and easiest things to tone. So get on that!!
-
I have but since surgery I can not got at least a few months ugh
-
I do moderate cardio 3 days a week and light weight training twice a week. Yoga every day. The weight training will help with the flabby arms!
-
do p90x coz it really helps get your muscles working hard.
-
I used to go 4x per week and worked out pretty hard...then had multiple surgeries and now it's too painful to do it. I hope I can go back one day, high energy levels and weight loss was great
-
my fingers also get a got workout doing surveys
-
I really need to. I don't exercise as much as I should. I'm a very busy person; active on a daily basis, but regimented exercise is lacking.
-
do p90x coz it really helps get your muscles working hard.
Definitely...I didn't even follow it completely and still got results.
-
I am trying to get into the routine of exercising. I do exercise just not in routine got to work on that
-
Yes, I exercise. I try to go to the gym at least 4 times a week. While there I walk the treadmill and ride the bike each for 30 minutes. Then I do some strength training. I'm trying to lose weight. It's working!
-
when i get the chance! I take walks but other than that its hard to find a lot of time
-
I rarely exercise :P
-
I am coming back after a one year hiatus. A broken foot sidelined me till last week...I am still supposed to take it easy but after gaining twenty five pounds I am going crazy. I have started biking about thirty miles every other day. I have been using a rowing machine twice a week and aiming to add weights to my routine this weekend. I don't have as much time for weights as I would like with a full time job and two teenagers in sports and school programs.
-
I generally swim about 30 minutes a day. Sometimes I ride my bike, and I incorporate some push-ups and crunches.
-
Yup....I exercise my index finger, pushing the remote buttons :) I am not really big into exercise....just simply don't have the motivation!
-
Not as much as i should. I do chase after a 20 month old tho lol.
-
Not as much as I should.
-
yes 5 times a week i hit gym in the morning time and play xbox360 kinect sports and adventures games in the evenings total of 1 and half hour per day
-
3 or 4 times a week I do 30 min aerobic exercise and 1 hour on my gold's gym bike. later in the day when my husband get off work we take our 3 yr old to play at the park and for a short walk.
-
yes i get in a walk every day and if the weather is bad a do a excercise video!
-
I am just breaking back into excercise after breaking my foot in September of last year, sitting in a cast for seven months and developing a clot that requires weekly trips to the doctor, injctions every day and two pills that cause me to bleed every time I defecate. I started a week ago by running the most pathetic five kilometer race of my life. I am starting a streak: ran for thirty minutes yesterday (tore my calf up pretty bad) biked for half an hour today...I want to see how long I can keep my streak going. I way 215 pounds versus 185 one year ago!
-
i tear out the work out section of seventeen mag and do those. They are really good and they work for me also joining the community center helps and even making up ur own exercises. Dancing is really helpful like the wii or turn on youtube.com and try to do the dances they do you may not be doing it right but if you try (but not hurt yourself) your gonna feel the burn
-
I exercise everyday. I started about 2 years ago. My blood tests and blood pressure are perfect. I wish I would have started when I was younger. It would have made a big difference in my life. It helps to have some good workout buddies. I actually like going to the Y because I'm with a group that support each other and listen to each other's problems while they exercise.
-
Well just starting out every morning walking around the block. Then a light jog around the block. Then oatmeal an water have to really watch what you eat. :angel11:
-
i dont excesise
-
I exersice 4 times a week with rest in between weight workouts. I like to add 5 to 10 mins. to my workout each week. The highest amount I'll stop at is about up to 40 min 45 min. 4 times a week.:) :)
-
Once in a loooooong while
-
No I don't exercise...and I certainly don't have a daily plan! I'm too busy, with night-school and a full-time job, but maybe one of these days I will try to get my butt in gear!
-
not as much as I should
