Title: video .. No credit

I am not getting credit for the videos... I have tried all the suggestions but only get credit once every 5 or 6 days .... :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead:

I've had trouble too, but using the IE browser seems to work for me.  Hope it clears up for you soon.

FC must be doing some internal maintenance on these over the last few days because new videos have appeared and I've received credit for them instantly using IE as my log in browser. Don't give up! Keep trying to view them in IE and you should have better luck now. Let us know how you fare today.  :thumbsup:

i wasnt having problems getting credited for the videos i watched, mine was that i had one main video on there that just put a link to advertise instead of an actual video.  did a support ticket asking what to do about it, they told me to try something else to make money lol. think they misunderstood..wasnt complaining about the .02 not getting credited just wanted the video that wouldnt play to stop showing up :)  ...seems to be all fixed now though!

I understand. There was a problem with an Emily Rossum video last week that kept reappearing over and over again. I've had intermittent problems with other videos recently, especially over the last weekend, but FC has apparently fixed these issues early in the week and everything seems to be working fine again. Support tickets may have also helped to bring these issues to the attention of the staff.  :thumbsup:

I've tried everything .... nothing is getting me credit so I am not going to waste my time with the videos anymore ... I LOVE fusion cash but that is not fun to do something over and over and never get credit.   :BangHead:

i was having same thing and then there have been no vids for me yet. maybe fc is working on them.

I haven't had trouble getting credit for the videos, however for the past 2 days I am no longer seeing the video tab at all. Did it get moved? Or maybe just mine got moved. Or is gone completely. All I know is it's not where I used to access it at.  :-

This topic has been in posts since I have started using the site three years ago. If the video's do not credit me I usually wait until the next day after clearing my browser during the first attempt.

Me too.  I have been having trouble getting my videos to credit.  I haven't had a good video that has been giving me credits in a while.

i only get credits on here for half the things i do
