Do you buy a movie based on who’s in it or plot? I generally don’t buy movies unless there is an actor I’m willing to watch in it but on occasion if I like the plot (heavy into dragons so anything with a dragon in it is game) I will get it. Though it might be wrong to get a moive based on an actor because if you can’t sit through the plot then there’s no point in watching the moive.

I always watch a movie for its plot.

There are some actors that are consistently in good flicks so I will watch anything they do.

Sometimes I watch movies based on plot. Not all the time. Most of the time it's based on actors.

I haven’t watched movies in a long time. Usually the actor or actress that play in the movie will draw my attention. I have to see what the plot is about before I decide to even want to watch the movie itself.

i definetly get movies for the plot, i usually could care less for what actors/actresses, unless steve carell is in it.m :notworthy:

Definitely the plot. The actors help but they all have been in duds. Actors don't usually become stars without great scripts.

I always buy or rent a movie for plot. I've never heard of some of the actors and/or actresses. Sometimes you can get to see a new movie with new players in it. However, you definitely need a good plot. There is no way a good actor or actress can make a bad plot interesting. Anyhow, that's my opinion.

It's depend! Sometime. More likely I watch base on the plot of the movie and mostly I watch base on the actor and actress that I like.

For the story, otherwise you'd never see new actors.
Of course the reverse can be said if theyre really horrible actors and you want to make fun of them, like Affleck.
But thats too easy of a shot, he's just terrible.

Its always the plot. I like movies that has a lot of action, adventure and suspense.
