I took a MySurvey survey and suddenly today I received a email from FC saying my payment was revoked!!!!!!! They're saying because they could not reach me. I just looked at my caller i.d. and I have no missed call neither a voicemail. I've received nothing email wise! Can someone help me? They just took 2.50 from my account!!! Help me please!

Can you log into your MySurvey account? If you can, check your profile: focus on your phone number and your email address. If they are both correct, click on HELP and send a support message to MYSurvey, explain the situation and ask them whether they tried to contact you to confirm your email and/or verify your phone.
If either is incorrect, correct them. Then send a ticket to MySurveys to ask them to try to verify your email/phone number again so that you can become a member of MySurveys and get your FC credit.
If you cannot log onto My Surveys, click on the Help link and expain the situation to them; give them your correct phone number and email address and ask them to contact you again.
I'm not sure how reliable cell phones are when it comes to taking incoming calls but if you have problems with dropped calls or being in out of service areas frequently, this might be part of the problem.

That's what I'm trying to explain.....I haven't received any kind of way of them trying to reach me! But i will definitely give it a shot!

This is the email I received:
The advertiser for MySurvey has revoked payment for your signup. We have adjusted your account to remove the credit for MySurvey and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
The reason for revocation, as provided by the advertiser, is: Invalid or unreachable contact information
If you have any questions, please log in to your account and open a support ticket.

did they send you a confirmation email? Most survey sites do that - if you don't click on the confirmation email, it's considered invalid information. Make sure your email allows email from the site, that it's not in a spam folder. do an email search to see if you got it, if you can't remember clicking on a link for it.

Wow....there have been a lot of revoked money from surveys lately. I just posted about mine yesterday and I saw a couple more on here today. What is this the week the survey companies go through and deny everyone? :sad1:
