All I can guess, is maybe you didn't have what the credited offers needed?
I am very sorry, hopefully a mod can come in here or something and help you out.
However I would like to say I have been here for about two years, and haven't had this problem.

Out of your money, how much is in offers?  You need at least fifteen dollars in offers out of your twenty five required for a cashout.  I have almost twenty five now, but only 14.10 is in offers so even if I hit twenty five today with doing the paid to click, it won't be enough to cash out because it will only be 14.25 in offers...

That happened on my first cash out.  I think it was Clip n' Go that got removed and put me below the $25 mark.  No clue as to why.  I always make sure that I have several dollars above $25 before I cash out to avoid that.  It hasn't happened since.  I'm currently waiting for my 5th cash out.  Sorry you have to wait another month, but it will be worth it and you'll have that much more $$ in your payment.

I have been with Fusion Cash almost two years.  I cashed out for the eighth time last month.  I have never had this problem.  Somewhere you must have made a mistake.  You need $15 in offers and a total of $25 to cash out.

Why were some of your offers revoked?  That's what you need to find out.   Open a support ticket.  That is what you need to do.  Also, post the name of the offers that were revoked under support in the discussion.  Post the name of the offer in the subject line.  Tell us what offer was revoked and why.  Maybe members then can advise you.   :dontknow:

But do open a support ticket.  And find out why your offer(s) were revoked.

You have plenty of time to earn enough money in offers to cash out in September.

Offers do some times get revoked. I have had it happen. Putting in a ticket won't do any good because the revoke comes from the company that created the offer refusing to pay fusioncash for w/e reason.

This happened to me too!!!!  I was told it was because you "have" to cash-out within 180days. So this is NOT like other sites.. where you can let your account add up...  If you do.. they take it away.
I learned this the hard way. Still debating whether or not I am going to stay.  I find it very odd that they would do this.  Too many other sites do not tell you.. if you do not cash out... WE delete your money you earned.
Hope that helps you to understand... They said this is in the "Terms and Conditions".

That is weird!  I never have that kind of problem before.  I think the best is to give them the ticket and ask them exactly what going on.  So they can explain to you directly what going on.  Maybe they make a mistake and will solve your case soon.  Wish you the best of luck.

It's not like if you let your money sit in your account, you're building any type of interest on it.  If you have met the requirements to cashout, why wouldn't you do it?  Plus, why wouldn't you want to get the $1.00 for posting a picture of your payment as many times as you can?  I just can't see any reason, or benefit, to letting your account balance build and build if you have the requirements to request a cashout.

I always make sure to have at least $27 total and at least $17 in offers before I cashout, that way if anything gets denied, I won't be denied my cashout. I've gotten emails saying I was denied an offer because I had previously completed it, but I never had. It just happens sometimes. These are the companies faults, not Fusion Cash.

If you submit a cash-out request, then any offers that go beyond the 180-days are still valid. They won't get revoked if they are in a pending status. There must have been some other reason why certain offers got revoked. Sometimes the offers stipulate that you must remain signed up for the service for at least 30 days before you can cancel your subscription; so if you canceled early, you may not get credit.

This certainly would be frustrating. I am still waiting on my first check, but I had read other posts similar to this one that indicated it was a good idea to have a little bit of a buffer in the amount you have earned before cashing out. I do have to admit it was a little confusing at first to keep it sorted out how much in which catagory you also had to have but I went over on both in that regard as well so hopefully I won't have any problems. There is so much to read and comprehend on a site like this that it would be difficult to pick up on all the subtle nuances in the requirements. At least now you know and will be prepared for future transactions. Good luck Take care.

Wow, well I'm very disappointed really. I just want to hit my threshold and cash out. I've been here nearly a month and have not been able to get very far on 'just offers you don't have to pay'. All the higher paying ones require you to invest and at the moment I don't have the money. Besides it doesn't seem to me this is a survey site, as more of a feedback site for products you purchase. I can do that with every receipt I get at the local grocery store. Hope it works out though.

It seems to me that you still have the amount needed to cash out. The only thing to cause it not to happen is: if you don't have $15.00 in offers.

I have never had a credit or cashout reversed.  I think it is because I follow the rules and the directions FC requires.  I see a lot of people posting on the forums about problems and they largely seem to be self inflicted problems.

The reason you did n't get the cashout is your requirements on one of the offers didn't get meet or it expired.  To cashout you have to have at least $15.00 in offers and the rest $10.00 or more to make up the $25.00 mark.  Just get to work on a couple offers and try again.  Sometimes it happens and sometimes no problem.  Always make sure to read all requirements with offers if you happened to do  one that you might have removed from your computer to soon then it will revoke the money given for the offer.  Its not fun to lose any thing but you can make it back.  Try one of the surveys I have been getting lucky with the SSI one if you don't qualify for the first one do another I have gotten it the last 2 days on the second survey attempt.  Have Great Day.

Did you submit a support ticket?  I don't know that;'s never happened to me before but that really sucks  :dontknow: my only guess is that after the revokations you need at least $15 in offers and the rest can be from bonuses.  Did you reach the $15 threshold in offers?  You should sort that out and file a support ticket, they are usually really nice about it and will usually reimburse you if they made a mistake. Good luck!  ???

Gotta read all directions carefully as well. Certain offers like Nielson Digital Voice will give you credit but if you uninstall the app within 30 days you will lose the credit.

Sorry to hear this happened to you, it sounds like you may have fallen short on offers, without the $15 minimum in offers
$25 means nothing.
I hope you get your payout soon.

I've had this problem once, where they revoked my cashout, but that was because one of my offers had gone below the markup lie of 180 days and it expired, but I simply did another offer briefly and cashed out again.  After that, it was fine and I cashed out just fine.  Hope you get your cashout! Mayhaps it was just a slight misconception.

Hate that happened to you guys! I could see how it could though.
I have had 1 offer get taken back.
I completed MySurvey and the 2.50 credit was approved.
Then 3 days later I logged in and noticed my account balance had actually dropped.
I was like.. What the ****!
And then I seen where MySurvey switched from approved to denied.
Apparently I had signed up for MySurvey at a different GPT site.
The MySurvey Offer credited Instantly so I guess it took a couple of days for an actual person to detect that I had already signup.
I had no idea I had already signed up. I don't use those sites. (The ones where the only earning potential are surveys)

So, if I had requested a payout in between the time that I had been approved for the credit and then denied,
I guess my payment request would have been denied, or at least until I completed something to get the 2.50 back in there to request again.
I never thought about how that could happen.
I guess the best thing to do is make sure to have about $28 in total and $18 in offers before cashing out.
That way it gives you a little wiggle room in case something does get denied.
I know it can happen. I have no memory what so ever of signing up for MySurvey before I did with FC.

In the close to 4 years I have been here I have only had one offer revoked. Never figured out why.

The others are correct, you have to have $25, but $15 have to come from offers.

of all the replies I read to your question, the one that makes the most sense to me is not staying the 30 days required in a trial membership. Also, I find it curious that Fusion invited you to post a support ticket to get more information on why this happened, but you haven't yet done that. People in the forum can only guess at what happened in your situation. The only source to get an accurate picture of the situation is Fusion. Well worth finding out so that in future you can avoid the mistake. Good luck!

Sometimes it happens.  If you did an offer and didn't follow entire instructions correctly or canceled something to soon or removed downloaded software trial to soon it will be revoked it states if for some.  Just check your account from time to time it warns you of offers expiring and give about of days prior to it expiring.  You can send in a support ticket asking them what happened.  Hope this helps.  Sorry have good day.

I'm wondering if all this time spent on surveys and paid emails is really worth it? I have spent so much time in several "survey" companies and only had one cash out. You have to approach this as a regular job if you want any money!

An idea is a thought that goes through your mind. This is not the same word as ideal. Ideal is a preference such as what you might consider the best or ideal situation. These are 2 different words with 2 different meanings.

Wow, what a bummer to be thinking you are getting to get your check and then have a notice that it is not going to come. It will all work out in the end, just get your total back up and cash out again. Try not to be too discouraged over this little setback. So far, Fusion Cash has been great, and I have not had that particular issue. I have been denied or just not received payment from a few offers. It is frustrating, but I just did another offer or survey and chalked it up as being part of how the whole Fusion Cash works.

They never stated they did not open a support ticket.
The answer is simply that fusioncash did credit an offer, that upon your cashout request, fusion cash attempted to collect the payment from the account only to find that the survey company did not credit them. hence, they can not pay you if they are not payed. you dropped below the 15.00 mark and have to do another offer or 2.
very disconvenient. good luck but dont blame fusioncash as it isnt their fault. if anything, find out what offer revoked, and complain to the company.
that is the bad part of survey  sights. gotta remember, f/c pays you based off what the survey sight pays them. that means,, other sight pays f/c= you get payed. other sight dont pay them=you dont get payed. good luck friend

I hope that doesnt happen again.

I still dont get paid the dollar when I send in my cash out. I dont know how to spend hours making a picture and then how to upload it.

I can copy and paste my pay pal and that should be good enough proof I got my money. So a lot of this is  :bs:

You get your cash out. You copy and paste your pay pal. That should get you a dollar. Not because your some fancy picture taker and you know how to upload and how to get your upload onto fusion. So this is a pick and choose.Who gets the dollar. The one with the best computer and knowledge of taking pics and getting pics on fusion cash gets the dollar.  That is not fair really. A copy and paste is a picture, a whole picture of what they need to know. Did you get your money. So there are quirks to this place. The survery thing is BS too. I did a survery that kept asking the same questions over and over and I was on the survey for an hour doing the same questions over and over. We still love the place and love to cash out.

Now I'm afraid all this time spent on FC is not going to pay. I haven't had a cash out yet but I will try to follow all your suggestions to make sure my first one will come through without a hitch. I like the one suggestion to have a little more banked than needed in case an offer is pulled. Being optomistic!

If you go to page 1 of the post your picture forum, it gives you very detailed instructions on how to do it. You don't have to be a genius to follow them and post your payment. FC is not  :bs: you just have to be willing to follow directions.

An idea is a thought that goes through your mind. This is not the same word as ideal. Ideal is a preference such as what you might consider the best or ideal situation. These are 2 different words with 2 different meanings.
I thought I was the only one who noticed that the title of the post doesn't match what this person is talking about.

Yes, I followed the simple directions given for posting a photo of my cashout.  It took me a little time but I did it - both cash outs - and got the dollar each time.  Because I go through paypal it's not like I have a check to take a picture of - although you can upload a photo of what you bought with your cashout, too.  That will also get you the dollar.

So let me see if I understand this... once you get above $25.00 you should cash out before it exceeds 180days?  Is this correct?  I was going to leave my money in there until it reached a larger amount but don't want it to be removed if I exceed a minimum timeframe for cashing out...

Correct. After 180 days, you are no longer able to cash out. The money is no longer yours. Many people don't like it, but it is what it is!

A copy and paste is NOT a picture, I can sit here and type a fake one that looks just like a legit copy paste, so that cant be considered PROOF of payment. Copying an pasting is just the same as typing text - with no way of telling the 2 from each other.

It is NOT hard to learn how, I didnt no how to post a picture on here at first either, Just go to the "contests and promotions" page and then click the Topic: ONGOING: Post a screenshot of your payment or picture of your check - Get $1!  - then just simply read the directions, they will tell you step by step what you need to do..

Once youve read how to get your image ready and do it just click on "Addition Options" (which is found right under where you type in text when posting) and you will see the option: Attach:__________ there will be a browse button right there next to it, click it and find the picture on your computer. select it, then post. done. - Just remember where you saved it to on your computer so you can find it easily.

Thank you for being  very helpful.

This was GREAT info that will help the new member!!!
