My day starts out with me jogging and usually end up with stretches...i think excercising is very important to my health, so i try to do it often.

I use to do zumba and i loved it started in January then stopped in May. My kids started summer sports and haven't gone back since my kids are also doing school sports so it makes it hard. I really do need to go it was fun and I lost almost 15 lbs.

I only exercise if I feel really down or indifferent. I like going to the gym in the winter time or when it's raining especially. Oh and at nighttime. It feels so much better to exercise in the night time. And like... Sitting in the indoor jacuzzi is so amazing when its raining.

Yes. I usually jog and do a couple of half sit ups.

i really want to start zumba! i've been tossing
the idea back and forth for awhile. did you do it
to lose weight? i can't stand the monotony of
regular exercising. i think to keep myself interested,
i need to do something fun...
i don't do any regular exercising at the moment.

Yes I do! I love to exercise at the gym; and I agree with you that it is good for your health also it is important.

Yes, at home. I avoid gyms. I am afraid of the heavy equipment and being hurt.

I do my stretching every morning and then take an almost 2 mile walk, unless it's raining, which it was today. I have a treadmill which has been getting neglected because I would much rather walk outside and see some different views, other than looking out the window. I do use it more in the winter because some days are just too nasty and cold.

Yes I exercise everyday. When I lived in Buffalo I use to walk about four miles a day unless I had a split shift at work which ment I worked in the morning and had an hour off than worked the evening which I hated when they split up the day like that. I also exercised on this chair thing I got from my sister, and I was loosing weight and looking good. Now I am out in the country and instead of a flat surface to walk on their is hills and curves so I figured its hard so I would keep my weight off plus loose more but that is not how it is working out I think I am actually gainning weight and its fustrating I watch what I eat and when I eat I still walk and use the exercising chair it doesn't make since.

unfortunately No I don't although I live by a big Park but I don't even walk, I wish I can but I am lazy

I do try. It seems I can do it all out one week then the next I get lazy.

Yes, I have to or else I start feeling tired and sluggish. I like to mountain bike, dirtbike, walk and run. Anything that gets me up and going is great.

I try to exercise three time a week, but lately it's been hard. Exerise is good and we should tryto exercise daily if we can. Some of us just do not like to exercise, me for one butI do it ecaus I know it is good for me.

I exercise a lot. Turbo kick box twice a week, try to ride at least 20 miles on the bike, average 40-50 miles of running.

I do not exercise. I'm kinda lazy when it comes to stuff like that. I probably should exercise more but don't get me wrong. I'm not obese just 30 pounds over my ideal weight, which by the way is healthy.

I recently started physical therapy for my legs and when I do my exercises at home I throw in some crunches and wall push ups. It's great to feel stronger everyday. :)

Yeah but not near as often as I should. I had three surgeries on my lower extremities, so it isn't exactly as easy to excercise as it used to be.

Once or twice a week, i do weight training!

I enjoy riding my bike. It is low impact and helps my heart. I like finding new places to ride. :)

LOL With all I do in the course of a day, that is as much exercise as I need. And that's just working. Let's throw in kids, hubby and a dog. :sad1:

I try not to, ha ha. I have to walk to work alot, but I been hit by a car, and have a rod in my leg, screws in my shoulder, and not looken for no extra excercise.

I actually love to exercise but have fallen off in the last month. Hopefully I can get back on a roll because this moving thing really messed me up.

I go through fazes of going go for a month great but then skip a month its bad i know but i am trying i go through fazes thats just me i need to fix that !!!!

i do exercise im gonna have to exercise more often now especiallly because im gonna start soccer soon and i want to start conditioning now and be ready for the season :)

yes, upper body one day, lower body the second, and rest on the third. Then I repeat

I have been on a 30 day streak and am hoping to make it two more days. thirty minutes of aerobics/cardiovascular workouts a day plus walking the dogs thirty minutes a day...watching what I am eating and I have lost twelve pounds. several pounds come back every monday because I have been drinking a lot of alcoholic (empty) calories on the weekend. next month I am going to aim at cutting my partying back as well...kind of leaves me in a bad funk the next day.

I jog occasionally. I started the P90X DVD series recently. They are intense but worth it.

I try to do some kind of excercise everyday...I play the dance games on my game systems and thats a good workout for me!!

I'd like to, but I just can't get up the motivation. I hate exercising after work and I don't get up early enough to exercise in the morn.

I use to. Now I'm get lazier, I guess I need to come back to exercise to improve my health because everyone said so. :)

After surgey I couldnt and I missed it so much, but now it's been 2 months since surgery so i'm back on the stationary bike yay!! :thumbsup: :wave:

I use to not do any exercises. After turning into a tub of lard, I started doing stretches every morning and an hour of walking the dogs twice a day every day. I love breathing in the fresh air and just feeling better about myself because I'm out of the house and moving around.

I walk on my treadmill everday and I lift free weights also. Have to lose some of this weight.
