Title: do the cell phone offers charge you on your bill?

Like the pin type offers where the company sends you a text message with a pin and you enter it in. Does this charge on your phone bill? thanks

i did the funmobile one for 2.00 and I don't think it charged me.

It should say in small writing the TOS for that program.
