Title: Daily paid email problems
Post by: jorhea on October 12, 2011, 04:11:38 am
This is the 3rd day that I have not been able to do the daily email and get credit.  :BangHead:  I have tried submitting a support ticket but the button at the bottom of the 2nd screen to submit it is not there!!  :angry7:  I am getting VERY frustrated. The spot where the email stops working for me is when it brings up the white box where normally it gives you a phrase or code to enter to go to the website. The box stays white. It is working in the daily ptc so I know it is NOT my computer or it would not work there either. Can someone please help me?  :crybaby2:   :dontknow:

Same here (see post in this forum) and not looking too likely that a resolution is forthcoming.  Seems as long as the problem is only affecting a minority of users, its okay.

OK, I just renewed my AVG and someone said to disable the linkscanner when working on FC and that is working for me. To do that, open your AVG, double click on linkscanner and uncheck everything. Then go to FC and work. When done, open AVG again and click fix problem and it will enable your linkscanner again. Good luck!

The question here is do they have AVG? They might have something else wrong.

I would keep writing e-tickets to them and keep bugging them until the problem is fixed. If not then If there is a number I would call the number and they can possible get it fixed alot faster. That's all I can help u with I wish I was Fusion Cash so I can figure out the problem for you. Keep me posted and let me know if you got this problem resolved.

Thankfully it sounds like it was fairly easy to correct or to take care of, but it also shows how important it is for people to share the information that they have discovered in trying to correct things, it will no doubt help someone else further down the road. Thanks for sharing. Take care.

Thank you so much for sharing this.  I have had problems with links not working right on this site for over a month now, and after trying different browsers and different computers, I was about to throw in the towel.  After reading your post here, I remembered updating my AVG, so I went in and disabled the linkscanner and now all the links work!!

Unfortunately, I still haven't received my daily emails for about 2 weeks now.

Thanks again for sharing this....you have eased my frustrations

Maybe you need to switch to a different Anti Virus program like Norton or something. I have never had a problem.

It is a shame that there have been any members effected with these kinds of problems. I still have not heard anything from FC regarding the 2 or 3 days that I was unable to get through. It just has me a bit upset because I am closing in on my next cash out and could really have used those extra days as well as no issues with the videos, as I usually do not qualify for surveys and that limits what I can do to earn on here. I will probably end up about 50 cents short on the last day of the month. Doggone it. Not a good way to keep a former happy camper happy. Take care.

thank you so much for the avg info! I haven't been able to do the daily emails or videos for over a month now and I had given up! I even sent support tickets, but never got any sort of response. SO happy it's working again now. Can't believe all this time that's what it was!

finally got replies from support and all denied and closed, major BS, not a happy camper right now as I am within a couple dollars to cash out and would have been over if all had worked this month, including videos and surveys. Just BS as far as I am concerned, standard spin answers. Bull dung.

Sorry that you  weren't able to get the help you needed on this problem. Maybe change browsers?

I have had the same problem for the past 2 days, Nov 1 and Nov 2, it seems to be sparatic. I put out an email on the general post page and there only seems to be a few that are having the same problem.

I use Firefox, do not like IE as it allows too may errors and viruses into my system and slows things down,l not too interested in chrome or any others, If the site and the techies are on top of things, we should not have to be the ones to make changes, if a vendor or sponsor has crap files or programs that don't work, then they should be dropped or double charged for all the aggravation. They should be the ones to have to make corrections and changes and not us, as the way things seem to go around here, we would be required to keep guessing which system to try, install that system, re try, re try again, wait re try perhaps a third time and probably still not be credited. Why should that become our issue, If we are willing to do the tasks and the clicks to help FC get paid as well as ourselves get paid, then the least that FC and the sponsors could do is assure that we are given a fair opportunity to complete the tasks when they are presented to us. Issues and non credits seem to be growing each month, also not a reassuring situation. Probably not going to return to being a happy camper for a while. Just major disappointed and tired of the bull.

Actually I use IE and have not had alot of problems in this regard. I think in 18mos on FC, I have only had 3 times that I have had a problem, this is really not alot to me. It has mostly been with the Email being delivered and FC has admitted a problem with that area. Although this one does not seem to be system wide from what I am hearing in responses. I am normally positive about FC, they have quickly responded.

I guess I was booted off the server temporarily. I missed Nov 1 & Nov 2 emails. I reregistered for the Daily email and it started coming back in again. So if anyone has this problem, try to reregister for the email.

I've been having the same problem for over a month. :(  I have tried clearing my cookies and using another browser both and I'm still getting that annoying white window. Makes me sad....I looked forward to that 2 cents each day.

Do you have AVG anti virus software? If so, did you go in and disable the linkscanner? That is what I have to do every day before I start working on Fusion Cash. It is the new version of AVG, NOT Fusion Cash.
