TO MUCH DRAMA AND PERSONAL TALK ON FACEBOOK. YOU HAVE FRIENDS IN TO IT WITH OTHER FRIENDS GOSIP AND NASTY POSTS DO FACEBOOK CARE OR WHAT PERFANITY ON STATUS. I REALLY THOUGHT A SOCIAL NETWORK LIKE THAT WOULD BE MORE UP TO PAR FAR AS RESPECT FOR ITS USERS.

I really think that it has gone down in quality. Even though google plus or what ever it is called does not seem to have taken off, I think with all of facebooks changes they are giving either that website or others chances to suceed.

i never talked to in highschool, and i choose not
to see the obsessive-status-updaters...
so, nope, my page is pretty peaceful! :thumbsup:

I happen to like FB but I'm not a fan of the recent changes. Pretty soon, I think it's going to go the way of MySpace and everyone will start using another site like Google+, LinkedIn or whatever. Then when those get old, we'll move on to something new.

I'm not crazy about many of the changes with Facebook, but I also do not "friend" everyone under the sun. Despite how I began I am a little more picky when choosing "friends" on my list and what they can see. For this reason with exception of a few wild friends my walls tend to be somewhat manageable.

I absolutely HATE facebook. I think its tacky and a total waste of time. I go on there just to see what all my family members who get on there are saying but I never or rarely post anything. I think its an excuse to brag about how wonderful you think your life is or show how tacky you are and how little you care about what others think about what you have to say. I have a niece and nephew who try to outdo how profane and nasty they can be and a step daughter who just wants everyone to know how "perfect" her life is, etc. on and on, I can't stand it. ??? and I don't get it.

Like the new lists they have created where you can communicate to just famly members or whoever you have created your contact lists. It keeps conversations intimate with just those intended people rather than everyone. Think that will help with the drama. In general, fortunately or unfortunately depending on your stance, facebook is relevant and will remain to be so until it fades like everything else.

I never really did get the whole facebook thing. Sounds like you are right. It is like a fun game or a fad that was popular but is now fading. I always wondered, did people really have time to deal with all that stuff? I dont. Well, maybe a little cause here I am sending forum posts. Life is a trip, what?

I really don't like facebook anymore.It's no fun.They keep changing things,people arguing and like you said way too much drama.At least here it's not like that.
