Title: MediaMogulMe
Post by: Kymberli0529 on December 14, 2008, 09:30:58 am
Has anyone done this and gotten the credit?  I did it last night and haven't recieved credit yet.  I understand it may take a while but I just want to make sure it will eventually credit.

I haven't received credit after a few days. I think it may be some sort of scam. :dontknow: Although I have read other people being credited here.

I still haven't been credited for it, nor have they taken any money out.  Thanks for the warning, though..it's appreciated.

I completed the mediamogulme offer, although they never sent me a confirmation email so I could get the credit. They did try to take the $29something off my credit card (so much for free trial), but luckily my card thought all the activity I was doing already online was suspicious so they denied the payment. I will only do no cc offers from now on. Stamps.com also tried to charge their monthly rate right away and were denied by my cc.

It worked fine for me! It took one day.  I clear my cookies and temp internet files several times a day. But I did find software on my computer that I uninstalled after I got credit, I didn't ever click on a run or save button so I was a little concerned it was there.

I just completed this offer today, and I am also awaiting credit. I'm going to wait it out and I'll let you know what happens!

I just did as well and no credit yet!  I have had some survey ones not send me the e-mail to verify my e-mail so that I could gt the credit.  Some just may have poor programs or take a while longer.  I just make a mental note and move on to something else.

The charge never went through on my MasterCard, I never received a confirmation email, and I never received credit either. I'm going to call and cancel to make sure they don't all of a sudden try to charge me for their service.

I agree, something should be done about this offer. It seems too shady.

I called MediaMogulMe and cancelled their service. I was definitely registered in their system, although I was never charged anything. I'm pretty sure if I didn't cancel when I did, they'd be charging me for the service I never received today.

I concur. I signed up yesterday and didn't receive a charge, confirmation email or credit either. Until I read your post I thought it was simply a buggy website and it didn't go through, but now I think I'll call to check things out.

UPDATE: I called MediaMogulMe a few minutes ago, and I was in their system on a trial. The customer service rep was very polite when I explained the problem, but she insisted the confirmation email was in my spam folder (it wasn't). We managed to set things straight however.

Despite my initial thoughts, I don't think MediaMogulMe is out to scam anyone, but I do think something may be wrong with their website.
