Title: issue with Smoking rewards

This offer is not working for me. I signed up for this  and when I fill in the information and submit this is what I get on the next page.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Has anyone else had a problem with Netflix crediting?  I thought it was instant, and i have checked back over a course of a few hours today and still nothing.  I placed my order and I am totally serious about doing Netflix, it sounds like a great deal.  But was just wondering if anyone else had a delay in crediting with this one???

I do this before I log into fusion cash and this was one of the first ones that I tried and that is the message that I get. It just wont work for me  :(

Netflix isn't instant credit .or did i look over something?
