I cashed out October 31 around the morning time. Then 2 days later I see the Money that I cashed out back in my account. Why is this? 2 days after I cashedout, I had 4$ in my account already from the forum bonus and an offer. Now when the cashout came back into my account I have 26$ why, cuz when I had cashed out when I had exactly 25$ so shouldn't my account currently have 29$ I don't see my forum bonus anymore. Somebody please help!

I am having a hard time understanding exactly what you are saying here, what happened. My advice? I would send in a Support Ticket and ask them to look at your account and give you an explanation. I don't think any of us, who are not a part of the 'business end' of FC can give you an answer.
The ONLY thing I can come up with is why the Forum Bonus would be taken back. I looked through your post history and you really do NOT have many 'qualified' posts. They are too short and/or don't contribute much.

definitely submit a support ticket to be sure and accurate rather than have people guess for you. They will respond within a few days.This is a good example of why it is good to go over a little bit before you cash out. Did you have the correct amount between the $15 and $10 requirements also? It may also be possible that an offer was retracted by the sponsor, if that was the case, I would hope that there would have been an announcement or that others would be discussing it as well, which they may be but perhaps not in this heading- sometimes it is hard to figure out what topic people will post certain types of questions under and the search feature doesn't always search the same way that the searcher is thinking. I still think a direct support ticket will get you your answer for sure. Take care.

was at least $15 of it completed offers? the rules say you can cash out at $25, but it has to be at least $15 in offers, rest can be bonuses

Sorry to be using this particular concern for a different one of mine. But, all of a sudden I don't have "create a thread" on here.
Does anyone know how to have that banner put on your posts...the one that shows your amount earned and paid out?

It seems a bit weird that you would be given a forum bonus and then have it taken back. Go for the support ticket. It could be as another member suggested that it was some other offer that fell through, or you didn't have the fifteen dollars needed in offers to cashout. Have you cashout out before or is this your first time?

First,like everyones saying on here send a support ticket in to FC to find out exactly and for sure whats going on.
The only thing I can think of is, that you cashed out @ $25 exactly (like you said) and that one or more of the offers was not approved upon cashout, thus lowering your total to below $25, thus putting what was left back into your account. This has happened to others before, as sometimes, not often but sometimes, offers that have credited can be denied upon cashout for various reasons (example: you unregistered from the site or uninstalled the program ect ect.) I would suggest always having a little more then $25 before cashing out, just in case.
as for the forum posting bonus.. I dont know mayb they decided upon further review you didnt have 30 "qualifying" posts" or something along those line, but I dont have a good guess on that one! like I and others have said, send in a suppost ticket, Im sure youll be able to get to the bottom of this... i cashed out the exact requirements over 15$ from offers and the rest r from bonuses

click on the profile tab in the row that starts with Home, Search, Profile and then there is a menu on the left that allows to do some adjustments to your profile. This is coming from memory. If I am incorrect then use the search tab and search for Add Banner. Hope that helps , they are kind of cool to see what other people have accomplished here.
