Title: Any one have children here??

I have 1 son named Rileigh and he's 2 1/2. I want more children, but I'm about to get evicted from my apartment so I have to wait.

Yes I have a son named Robert. Heis grown and 24 yrs old.

It's the hardest thing you'll ever do in your life but it's also the most rewarding and satisfying. Plus, the hugs and kisses aren't bad. Or the gummy smiles. Or the..lol ;D

I dont know what I'm having yet maybe next week I'll find out. Im not new to the parenting scene either I am the guardian of 4 children that do not belong to me but that dont matter cuz in my eyes they are mine. An old friend of mine just woke up one day and i guess she forgot she had kids and took off. Its been almost 7 yrs now since she disappeared but all the kids are well taken care of and doing just great. :wave:

Kids are a beautiful gift, whether blood or not, and you can really learn a lot about yourself being a parent. My second pregnancy was high risk, had gestatonal diabetes, but when my son was born, my blood sugar went back to normal. Good luck to you, and bless you for taking on your friends children!

The economy is terrible and even if you are trying to make payments and stuff it stills seems not to be enough for the mortage people. I know they want their money on time because that is what you agreed to, but sometimes things just get way to tough for the working man/woman even when you work. hope things work out for you, will keep you in my thoughts.

I don't have any human children. I do have a four legged, furry child/dog. his name is bo.

He is 5 months and watches his big brother attentively and smiles alot, especially when his big brother shows him some attention.

My sister and I are 9 years apart (I'm the older one) and yet we have almost the same birthdate (she was born early morning the day after mine). Weird, huh?

Why oh why did I wait so long to have another child!!!! Now I feel like I'm starting all over again. She is so active and tries to stay up all night. Unfortunate? Most people rather live and enjoy their singlehood and solidarity. My sister and some some friends I grew up with travel a lot and love the fact that they have their freedom to do this..

He is home schooled for now. That is another topic I will discuss in a different blog as to why he is. Any question you may have I would gladly help if I can. Sorry about your eviction to. I am not sure where you live but I know where I am at they have programs that help single moms with getting a place. I know one of them even pay ALL your bills for a year til you get on your feet. I would not bring another kid into this uncertain mess we call today. The economy unstable, violence (here & abroad) increasing, future uncertain..... I love my kids, but if hind site is 20/20 then.......Not the most popular view, I know, but that's how I feel

In case anyone is wondering about the huge age difference......Mycheal was a miracle and not expected:-) However, now that I have him I feel extremely blessed. A year after I gave birth to Mycheal I had to have a hysterectomy so I am unable to have anymore children. This is disheartening but I was blessed to have Mycheal before that happened.

I saw some nice names on this subject. What made you choose your child's name. Were they named after someone in family, etc?

Yes I do have children I have an 19 year old a 16 yr old a 12, 8 and 2 year old, and a daughter that would have been 14 years old on the 25th of this month. You may check with your local Department of Social Services and see if they can help with the eviction or maybe help to find you a new place. Keep your head up and don't get discouraged.
