??? ??? can anyone tell me how long the pending is on a payout.it's been like a month already

We're suppose to be paid today.It says either before or on Jan.20th

??? ???This is my first itme i was checking the account status and seen that it still said pending.i though for sure it would have said aproved by now.that is what my i was asking about not sure what to look for.

Don't worry, I was wondering the same thing, but I guess pending is still normal. I thought it would say approved before I got the payment, but I guess it happens at the same time.

It will not show approved until the payment has been processed. you will also get an email letting you know that it HAS been processed.
If you do direct deposit, your money is usually there a few days after approval. Checks of course take longer.
