Been having this problem since the New Year! Anyone else?
Some days I get them, some days I don't. They're not going into my spam folder, either. I've been sure to check. :confused1:

I don't have a problem receiving the emails.
If you are using a hotmail email address, that site is a bit aggressive in labeling some email as spam or worse and frequently does not allow such mail to go through. That might explain why to get it sometime and sometimes you don't.
If you are using a gmail address, that will not happen. They will label things as spam but you will be able to see it in your spam file.

I am using Hotmail address for Daily Cash emails and not having a problem at all. I do recall that I had to mark Fusion Cash as a safe sender. Hope this helps.

no probs yet. happens evry great moon. you can try resetting under the account settings.

make sure you check your spam because sometimes the email sneaks into there. if this doesn't work just contact fusion cash support, but i haven't heard of this problem before.
