Title: FC SURVEY PAYMENT REVOKED WTF!!!

I did a beer survey back in december. Today i get an email saying my payment of $2.50 was revoked.

FC Survey: Beer Survey - fecad43f 2011-12-12   $2.50    Denied  :bs:

Why was this revoked? Since when do the survey companies deny our completed surveys. This is unfair, I spent a good half hour on that survey and my money gets taken away over a month later. I did another survey about a week ago, but in no way are these two surveys similar. Even if they were i still spent my time on both of these and deserve my full payment.

FC Survey: Men's Adult Beverage Study - ebddd16a 2012-01-14    $2.50    Approved

Is this payment going to be revoked if i complete another beverage survey? Am i not allowed to do two surveys about beverages? If this is the case, then the new FC Surveys is flawed and needs to be fixed.

I feel i should be compensated for my loses, this isn't a Nielson offer revoking credit because some software wasn't installed for 30 days. This is a survey, and i shouldn't have to be denied credit for it over a month later.

I would like to know more about this. Haven't received my first payment yet. If I am wasting time on surveys I sure would like to know and why.

I was denied twice, the beer and restaurant survey was taken back for a total of $3.40.  I would like to know the specific reason for being denied instead giving me a multiple choice of denial answers reasons... :BangHead: :BangHead:

The FC Surveys system credits you for surveys when you finish them, but credit can be revoked if the market research company rejects the survey results later on.  Revokes for FC Surveys in December were processed today which is why you got that notification.

deathx88, you weren't denied because you completed a similar survey - it was for some other reason.

We don't know exactly why your survey credit is revoked.  It can be a lot of things: you answered too quickly, or your answers don't make sense, or you completed the same survey elsewhere, etc.  They don't provide reasons for revokations because if they did, people who are trying to 'game' the system could more easily refine their techniques.  I am not accusing anyone of trying to 'game' the FC Surveys system - I'm just explaining why we can't give you a specific reason.

The same thing happened to me. I received notice that my survey credit was revoked but later i received another notice that i received that credit back. I really don't know what's going on.

Just checked my account and they revoked it again!!!

Yes, we had some trouble with credits / revokes on the FC Surveys today.  Some people gained credit and some lost it, and some got confusing sets of emails.

At this point, everything has been adjusted correctly by manual review.  The credit/denied status(es) you see are the ones that will remain.

I'm very sorry for the troubles which were caused by events outside our control.

I really appreciate these posts. It helps me to understand the process better and when things do happen it is not such a big deal. It never occurred to me that a completed and credited survey could be revoked. I do understand that things do happen and in future should it happen to me it won't be alarming. Thanks for posting this subject!

Thank you Administrator  :thumbsup: I appreciate these posts as well. I did receive confusing emails & credits yesterday. They seem to be corrected. Personal attention is nice!
