I don't like to clean at all, but it can relieve stress and make you feel a little better about your environment after it's done.

I don't mind cleaning if it stays clean at least for a little bit. But since I have a 2 year old and 2 dogs, the cleaness doesn't last even 1 hour and I think it's not worth it to clean :P

I hate cleaning but it has to be done. It's really hard for me to do all of it too, but no one else in my house bothers even so much as clean up after themselves. It's one thing for little children to not automatically clean up after themselves, but these grown adults......there is absolutely no excuse to be such disgusting slobs. :BangHead:

It's just ok, but I like the results and it burns a few extra calories. :P

cleaning house can be funn if you pump the music and dance while you work ... and it can suck if someone it there yelling at you to do this and u missed that and hurry ..

I don't hate it. It's something that needs to be done. I prefer a clean house over a dirty one so no I don't mind cleaning at all.

i get in cleaning moods and won't realize i've
spent a few hours cleaning! it gives me time to
think. i find it kinda therapeutic, in a way.
i don't mind it, unless things have piled up...
then it becomes daunting. i share the cleaning
with a helpful guy though :heart:

Cleaning my house isn't a big issue for me. I keep my house clean at all times-always have. I hate a dirty junk house with stuff all over the place. That would drive me bunkers.

I don't mind it when my hubby is working, but when he is just sitting around doing nothing while i am busting my bu##, i find i resent it a lot. Also his moms nickname is pigpen. Get the picture.

I HAVE to have a CLEAN house so I clean it. Re-arranging, painting & re-decorating is always fun but clean & organized is top priority. I have one dog and one kitten that loves a clean house, the other kitten does his best to mess things up. I thought he was going to need some professional counseling for his many "issues"...turns out he's a Norwegian Forest cat. ;D

As a stay at home dad with 16 blogs making money I have no problems with cleaning house. Just have to balance things out ! ;D
By the way contrary to what Dr. Phil says, raising two small children is not the hardest job in the World ! Rather it is the most fulfilling and rewarding job there is. There are some hard things to deal with but definitely worth it.
And just to think you women keeping that secret all the years of how great it truly is to stay at home with children. Shame on you to hold out on us for that long lol :)

I hate cleaning, but I love a clean apartment.
My husband and I just cleaned the Monday before last, and I've tried my best to make sure we keep it clean.
The bedroom is a disaster still with all his clothes all over the floor though, but he swears it's because he can't hang up his clothes yet (we don't have many hangers) and all his clean clothes are in his hamper.

i like it sometimes when i go into the kitchen i'll say to myself ok 100% meaning everything put away cleaned up floor swepted then i come into it and say ok 70% and think why do3 people use so many plates,knives,bowls etc byt when it's done it's good until someone brings more plates cups and bowls to wash.sometimes i have to pretend to be a neat freak thinking a neat freak would never allow that candy wrapper to be left on the floor so i throw it away neat freak winning

Heck no! I love the clean freshness after the job is done. I love to look over my wonderful job as I am having a spot of tea. I like the results so I do it but heck no I don't like to clean. :) :) :)

Well since I don't like my house messy, I guess I like to clean it, I would rather clean it then look at it dirty. One of my pet peeves is clutter, I absolutely hate clutter of any kind. I am always organizing.

I don't really mind it! It helps with my stress, anxiety and depression so I like doing it, oddly enough. It's strenuous at times, but yeah lol.

I don't really like it but like everyone else, I don't really like living like a slob. I wouldn't mind most of it if it weren't for clutter that seems to multiply on it's own but what I really hate is the toilet :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead:

I like cleaning. It gives me a sense of satisfaction.

When I am bored or when I am angry for any given reason, I like to. Sometimes I just want to do something to stay busy and get something done and this fits that category.

I dont enjoy cleaning my home but I dont hate it either.. I like clean house for my family and company but I cannot stand to mop. That is something i am wiiling to pay someone else to do. I like to be moving so cleaning the house is a way to do that and there is always something to clean

I dont like it, but do it because I have to. I dont like to clean the house but like a clean house, wish the house cleaned itself ;D

Do I like to clean the house? NO NO NO! But I love how nice the house looks after I do though. After cleaning the house, we light
our scented candles and open the windows and doors up. The house smells so nice.

Yes I love to clean my house. After I'm done I feel better about the rest of the day.

It all depends on the mood that I am. There are times when I just want to get it out of the way and then other times I feel like tearing everything apart and doing a deep cleaning.

I hate to clean! My 3 boys are like little tornadoes and manage to mess it up within hours. I enjoy a clean space, just wish I could enjoy it longer. There are so many other things I could spend my time doing.

No I do not like to clean the house. I have to clean to try and keep organized. I live in public housing so I have to try to keep organized because of the housing inspections. Multiple times I have almost been evicted because they said I have to much stuff and it is considered clutter. I do not like to live here but have to because of finances, I was very ill for a long time.

I use to really enjoy it but anymore it seems I can't do it to please anyone so I really don't even want to do it ... but of course I do .... which reminds me ;) I have to get off here and get started.

i hate cleaning house and i once found a sugestion online that seems to work for me.
each day pick one room, and for 15 minutes straight clean that room and that room only, next day do the steps the day before, when you have done this and take a step back and look you would be amazed how much work you got done in that 15 minutes,
If you fly from room to room tring to do everything you can at once you will miss things, where spot cleaning keeps you focused on one room at a time.
Have small kids in preschool, kidergarten etc, and they leave everything wherew they drop it, sweep everything into one pile of toys clothes, papers, schoolworks in this pile. I loved that all 4 rooms on the top floor were wood so it could be swept easily with brooms.
then i would start a game of who can find the most blue items, who can find me a white item, so and so. they were to young to understand chores, and in the meanwhile they were learning their shapes, colors, etc.

I love that. What a great idea! My kids are too old for that now. I hate to clean, but love a clean house, therefore I clean! Now to find an incentive (other than money) to get my teens to clean!

One of the things I don't like to do, but I am trying to step up and do better because I know it's necessary to keep order in my house.

I do not like cleaning house/doing housework. However I do like a clean house, so I am stuck doing it until I have enough EXTRA money to pay someone. ::)

I do when I work with my wife.It can be fun after it is done. if you know what i am taking about.we have a nice diner after some of the time.

Nope but i still live with my mom i think when i get my own place i truly would take care of it as i have lived in a house of pets and it was always muddy hairy chewed up carpet etc. and i dont want my house to be like that at all i think i feel like this house is beyond hope

Depends on my mood. Also depends on the kind of cleaning. It mostly comes down to who's mess it is.
If I have to clean up my stuff (dishes, clothes, etc), then I don't really mind it. I might not really want to do it at the moment, but I will get to it either that day or the next. However, when I have to clean up someone elses mess (someone who can clean it up on their own), then I tend to get frustrated about cleaning.
For example, my sister was away all summer and our shared bathroom was clean the entire time. Now though, there is hair in the drain, on the shower walls, on the floor around the trash can. The mat in our tub has mold on it cause she doesn't pull it up when she gets out of the shower. That I'm not looking forward to cleaning.

I started cleaning house and move things around when I was a teenager, now I still clean house the same way. I am glad not the only one. I hate a dirty house and hate to see thing the same way all the time.

Who likes to clean the house, making the mess is always more fun. i dont mind doing it cause i know i have to. I absolutly hate doing the dishes

i do not mind cleaning up it really keeps., you busy doing the differences things you have to do.

Isn't cleaning house the original definition of a necessary evil???? I enjoy a clean house but I so am not a fan of the work that it takes to make it so, keep it so.

I hate cleaning my house! For a small little 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, it takes damn long to clean! My husband helps me with the dusting and windexing but I'm always the one to vacuum. And my vacuum doesn't work very well! So at the end of the day, I enjoy the nice cleanliness and freshness but I'm exhuasted!

I enjoy cleaning and taking care of my personal environment. It's nice to live alone where the only person I clean up after is myself. After I clean and organize I like to go out and buy something new for my HOME SWEET HOME.

There are certain things I don't MIND doing, like vacuuming but if I had the choice, I'd rather be relaxing!!!! I should just hire someone!!! Lol

I wish we could afford to hire someone because I absolutely HATE to clean! On top of that, I feel guilty because the house isn't spotless and I'm the one home all the time with the kids. I feel like because I'm here, I should be able to maintain it. Truth is, running around after the kids all day, I am too exhausted to even think about doing it. It sucks, too, because we also have cats so I absolutely have to vacuum at least once a week (probably more!) to keep up with all the cat hair and food that my kids drop all over the kitchen floor!

I don't enjoy cleaning but always enjoy the house to be clean. Someone has to do it so I try to do it as cheerfully as possible.

I acualy like cleaning, and its a good feeling have things tidy.

I don't like to clean but I don't like a messy house so I clean as I go that way there is never really a lot to do...Its gotten to the point where I safety-pin my socks so I don't have to mate them it also keeps the mates together. I am very picky like that if I wear the socks together the first time they have to stay together. I even have my children doing it
