You can't.  That function was disabled a long time ago.  I wish we could though.

They stopped those awhile back (maybe 2 years ago or so)

Hmmm... good question.  Let's take a poll: how many FC'ers think we should be able to take a poll?  I vote yes.  I say that each user should have the opportunity to create a question that's interesting enough to get people to reply and then get a consensus through detailed answers instead of numbered polls.  Wait, that's what the forum allows us to do.  In a way, your question about polls is a poll in itself.  Congrats-- you've answered your own question!
