I use both salt and pepper.  Not so much black pepper as some folks do.  I know a couple of people who put so much pepper on their food it's almost black. :dontknow: :dontknow:

I tend to only put pepper since I try to not use too much salt.  I would use salt a lot more if it was healthier.

Salt is not good for you!  Everyone should cut down!  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE PEPPER!  Especially fresh ground; Nothing better to bring out the flavor!

I have to use only pepper. Otherwise my doctor will kill me. I have to wonder though, wouldn't that make cutting down on salt a useless thing to do?

I use both, but I love pepper.  I love that it's becoming more popular and turning up in more places:  potato chips, pretzels, mayo, etc.  Try the mayo with olive oil and pepper on a BLT, yumm.

Ever since the birth of my second daughter-I have been slightly obsessed with pepper. Especially fresh ground black pepper. My new obsession has helped me cut down on salt-which is a good thing. :)

I like both.  I tend to use more pepper that salt, but I do use the No-sense salt (which is suppose to be better for you).  Some things I do use more salt then I should, but just have too.  LOL

Depends on what you're cooking.  Majority of the time I use both.

we use both on fresh vegtables, and only pepper on canned or packaged foods.

Well it depends on what I am eating. I do not like too much pepper because it will not taste good and I like salt on most things but I use less of it.

My favorite seasoning is Lawry seasoned salt and black pepper for just basics.  I do use other spices on different foods.

It depends what I am eating.  I like them both in different situations and sometimes I want both at the same time.  You can't go wrong buying McCormicks seasonings.  Quality stuff.
