I think it would be great for all.
A FusionCash Debit Card, with the FusionCash Logo. Plus Fusion Cash makes money (interest etc), Members have a debit card they can load money to and spend like all the other debit cards we see in these offers, as well as deposit our cash out earnings to it as well. It can have the Visa and or Mastercard backing and their logo to.

The thing is, a prepaid card has to have fees. Typically the amounts loaded on them are not high enough to earn significant interest at today's rates (<1%). So an FC-branded card (through a third party issuer) would have to have a monthly maintenance fee, and/or an ATM withdrawal fee, inactivity fee, etc. There are licensing fees, interchange costs, and lots of other expenses involved in actually offering a prepaid debit card. And then if we rewarded you for using it, that cash would have to come out of other fees as well. I would only want to offer a "no strings attached" prepaid debit card with the FC logo on it, and unfortunately such a thing is not financially feasible.

No strings attached could be good too, but if right now it is not feasable I understand. Just had to brainstorm and throw that thought out there. It is a cool idea. I get my cashouts through paypal and I have a paypal debit card, so I can immediately access my cash when it comes. Not quite the same as you are suggesting, but it works nicely.

I think thats a great idea. Like having a pre-paid card. I use to donate plasma and that's how they paid you. After you were done they just loaded it on the card. It was real easy to use.

Definitely not a good idea. As stated before there is a cost for the card itself, a charge to activate it and a charge to add to it. These fees would add too much expense for FusionCash and/or the FusionCashees.

I say to use Paypal and that's what I'm doing once my cash out is approved. The main reason why I chose to do it this way is because of the secure transactions paypal offers. I've had problems in the past with either my debit card or past bank accounts getting compromised by entering the numbers online and I've never had a single problem with Paypal. Plus they insure your money to be sure no unauthorized transactions happen and if they do it gives you peace of mind as well. It's just all in all a better idea.
Although others on here may tell you to do direct deposit and they've been doing it for awhile so really it's your choice but coming from someone with an IT degree and someone who knows about how important security is online or through a network or server I choose Paypal for the security.

I think I'll stick with the simple options. You can get your money directed deposited into your bank account and use your existing debit card or get it deposited into paypal and get a paypal debit card. I personally am a member of too many survey sites to deal with several pre paid cards so I'll stick with either getting it deposited into paypal or as checks

It might be a good idea if there aren't a lot of costs with it. I know some places want to charge for every little thing.

It's not a Fusioncash card, it's one I use for another money making program and they don't let me post links on here for other money making programs. Come and find me and I can tell you more.

The debit card idea does work very well. I participate in a couple of programs that use debit cards. But I still prefer receiving an actual check.

A lot of people would rather use pay pal or bank account I think for payment's from the site. It is a clever idea to have something like this for members who would want to pay the fee's associated with it. Not all debit card's are free, you have to realize that credit and debit card's have a company's logo on them...right???? Who pays for this logo to be on there????? That being said you know there would be a fee to use the card.

I agree, a debit card would be a good idea. But doesn't PayPal offer a debit card. So have your money transferred there and then use that debit card. Just a thought...

Thanks admin for the info. I was thinking about a green-dot card, but the card fees may eat into my profits. I would only be using it for FC cashouts.

I think this is a good idea, but probably has lots of fees attached with it and not much money would be made, plus there are lots of other prepaid debit cards out there that they would have to compete with.

I use the PayPal debit card as well. Easy to deposit funds from other sites and it is there to use or save.

Wow, I never new this would be such a hot topic. Good to see the interest. I think I will check with oldbuddy, as he has good ideas, and helped me on FusionCash, as I am sure others of you. Try Googling him I think he can help us with our questions and answers. I have a paypal debit card too and it works great for mee! A Fusion card will just be another card in my wallet and I don't need anymore. Plus, Fusion hasn't stated if it would carry a Visa or MasterCard logo on it. Because if it don't it will surely just be about more money coming out of our pockets for the hard earned penny's we get from them. Stick with PayPal

;D I have thought about and did try once to get a paypal debit card - I don't remember what the problem was something I needed to correct or verify, who knows.....I think it would be good to have because it does take several days to get the money transferred from paypal to my checking. I didn't even know fusion cash had a debit card. Will have to check into it.

I also agree on this. A debit card would of helpbut FC will have to maintain a lot of things in that case. CC or DB comes with lot of security policies.

you can always just get a prepaid card and have the money added onto that. easier and less work for fc

The card I use Paid Me when they issued it, so I sure didn't see that as a problem.

thats a great idea. but like they said fees are always attached. but i would love a virtual account, so theres no fees unless you choose to orderthe phiscal card. there is always a flaw in every reward option. just a thought.

Hi agree about just using paypal. I already have a paypal account myself and the paypal mastercard debit card, so I m good and happy to receive payments via paypal. No need for a fusioncash credit or debit card, in my opinion. :)

But if you're having your money transferred to Paypal, then you're all set because PayPal already offers Debit Cards. All you have to do is sign up for theirs and you'll be fine, plus FC wouldn't have to create their own system to keep track of cards and such.

that sounds great but alot of members don't make enough money to deposit anything unless you think of some other ways for use that are not quality for the surveys to make money

Maybe you can find a pre-paid card that lets you design the card to you liking.
Probably best to ask FusionCash if you can use their logo on a Pre-Paid or Credit Card.

I agree too. It's not a good idea. Too much work when we already have credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts, etc.

For anyone who is interested Western Union offers debit cards that are FREE to get and can be loaded through PayPal absolutely FREE of charge and FusionCash can also directly load these cards since they are issued by MetaBank and have a routing number . :thumbsup:

I have to agree with the administrator. I don't think it's a good a idea to have a Fusion Cash Debit Card since they are loaded with fees just like banks are charging for debit card fees. I think it's better to consider an alternative if you want something new for Fusion Cash.

Let's just say if there was a Fusion Cash Debit card then FC would have to eliminate some of our bonuses is my guess just to pay the fees on their end for this type of thing. I don't see the point of it because everything FC does when it comes to people cashing out is already reliable enough. Whether it be paypal - which is what I do because I feel as if it's the safest most secure way, check, or direct deposit they normally always follow through unless there is something wrong with your cash out approvals which I don't see people posting about that often. Debit cards are simply a convenience and the only reason I have a bank card is because I need an account. Otherwise I'd stick to cash and cash only. :)

I do have to admit that this might be an interesting concept, but I don't really know that it would be something that was feasible.
Now, I pretty much do have something as close as possible to a FusionCash debit card and that is the fact that I did get a debit card from PayPal so that I am able to access the money that is paid into my paypal account no matter where I am at.

It is a good idea but for people like me who only ear $20.00 a month on FusionCash, would have to pay a lot more fees than what we earned....

It would be nice but not if it lowers payouts because of the cost. Plus you can just have your earnings deposited onto a prepaid debit card anyway.

So this message is to user cuppycake but with all do respect who are you to tell that person they had a dumb idea. I prefer PayPal myself but I wouldn't insult a good idea. I think you just said that for the sake of being mean because you were only thinking of yourself. I think more options is never a bad idea plus if people saw you use a debit card you could spark up a conversation and gain referrals. So why do you think a debit card is dumb? Not everyone has Paypal or bank accounts to cash there checks. Some people might be poor and are here for extra cash and your putting down people's ideas. Have a nice day.

Actually cuppycake I'm dumb because I didn't read the headline post. I assumed they were talking about a debit card for cashing out. I shouldn't of assumed but I still think you shouldn't call people's ideas dumb. However I still don't think the idea is as dumb as you said because some people don't have credit cards so a debit card is a legit question. Of course no one is intelligent as you though so why are any of us talking about this?

Cuppycake is correct. This idea has been float tested and failed over and over. This is not a financially feasible idea for FC considering the fees they would have to pay just don't jive when a lot of people do make big payouts here, but also the fees they would have to pay would not be feasible with people making about $25 at a time. Oldbuddy and many others have said that it is simple to make up business cards with your FC banner on them for the purpose of referrals. Cuppycake is only restating what has been said before.

Yeah but they shouldn't insult people's ideas. Just because something's not practical doesn't make an idea dumb. You might not use all your ideas but to call an idea dumb is to call the person who came up with the idea dum. I just felt like I wanted to stand up. I can even disagree with an idea and not think its dumb. It was a mean spirited thing for cuppycake to say. That was my main issue.

I have a prepaid card also and I also have a paypal acct. but for my first time I had the check mailed but when I put it out on FB it was like I had all these comments what is Fusion Cash and I sent them the link so maybe later on down the line that might be an option once everybody knows about Fusion Cash just saying :dontknow:

I would prefer to know how to get referrals for FusionCash, instead of acquiring a debit card right now. If FusionCash comes up with a debit card, I'm on board with it.

i have direct deposit, and i get it onto a prepaid card each month. i have used this method as my only account for payroll purposes and everything. so i wouldn't mind a fusioncash debit card type of deal. i would love to sport around an FC card!!

Actually seems like a very good idea - Paypal did that so I am sure it must be advantageous to them - I like it because once my money gets to paypal I am able to immediately start spending it. :wave:

Not big on debit cards or gift cards myself. Always have to watch the balance and have too many cards already. Prefer to use credit and pay it once a month. Just my 2 cents.
A FC logo card would be cool though.

I'm not sure if a debit card would really work for many people. I think that fact that they use PayPal, which allows you to simply transfer your money to your personal account works best. The difference with these two, a debit card and Paypal, a debit card would more than likely have some fees you may have to pay, whereas; FC simply sends your money to Paypal for no additional fees or costs.

Although this would be a handy little feature for some people, overall it is unnecessary because many of who already make money online have active and frequently used Paypal accounts. I have the Paypal debit card anyway, so whenever I get paid to Paypal I can use my card anywhere already.

It does sound good. However it may have fees because how can fusion afford to take care of everyones finances without fees.

yea it's a good idea except the money i make on fusioncash is automatically sent to my bank which is automatically put on my bank debit card anyway

I have debit cards already, so it does not matter one way or another. It would be nice, but I understand that it is not a feasible idea. Fees would get charged either way, one way or another, so why do it. I also have a Paypal account, but I don't really trust it. :o ??? :o
