If anyone has watched Maury lately...then you'll know exactly what I'm talking about....can there really be that many people who have absolutely no clue who their baby's daddy is? I mean where are the morals today? Is it really that bad...women have stopped caring about who they spread their legs to....

i stopped watching maury because almost every episode i about who is the baby daddy. it got old

lol I'm surprised maury is still on the air!! I got tired of it, I'll watch an episode every now and then just for laughs but i dont make it an effort to watch. And you'd be surprised what teenagers nowadays do to have fun. Making pacts to have babies before they graduate 8th grade!! They go out drinking with 5 or 6 guys alone and blame a guy for taking advantage of them because they were drunk!!! Im a female and i know how MOST guys are. A majority of them are just out for one thing whether your drunk or not. Most of have common sense and those who dont let their kids do whatever they want and then blame everyone else for their problems. People need to open their eyes and realize they need to be role models for their children NOT friends.

I agree completely!!!!!!! Parents need to be role models and teach their children how to behave correctly...instead of being so accepting to whatever teenagers want to do, even those that think they are punishing their children...they need to open their eyes....
I don't think that teenagers should be allowed to be on birth control though because that's basically saying "okay go ahead and have sex, there won't be any consequences...just use a condom...." because teenagers, and younger, are not ready to experience that [[sex]] yet...I mean they are not mentally ready to even begin to handle the feelings that come along with that! I think instead parents need to be completely open with their children, tell them exactly what the consequences of underage premarital sex are and could be....such as telling and showing them STD's letting them know that they [[the parents]] will not be supportive, nor support a child should they become pregnant....and then set permanent consequences on premarital sex....it's our job as parents to protect our children, and help them and teach them good decision making skills...
I have already started teaching my daughter about her body and the privacy that her body deserves...we have books that are geared toward younger ages....such as a book for 3-5 year olds, 6-8 year olds, 9-12, 13-18....of course since my daughter is only five there isn't a whole lot of mention of what people actually do together it's mostly teaching the body parts and the differences between a boy and a girl....as well as introducing that a mommy and a daddy love eachother and make a baby....It is a christian series, because we believe in God....
I believe it should be something that my children are fully aware about, and also fully aware of what God expects and what we [[the parents]] expect...mistakes are okay but this is not something to take lightly!!!

Maury and the Jerry Springer show are so messed up. They pick the most messed up/sad people and basicly throw them on a stage infront of a studio audience. Then with the camera's rolling they insult them, boo them, accuse them, make them feel like crap, and then send them home with almost never solveing their problem. Those kinds of tv shows should not be labeled as "entertainment" and need to be taken off the air.

its not just the women who don't care. or should be blamed...women cant make babies by themselves. All people in general should be more selective...and I don't think its a new phenomenon...just now we have the technology and culture to spread it around -so to speak-

SOme of those people know who the daddy they just want to be on tv, get the free hotel, get the free plane trip, and all that nonsense. Hell, some just want the guy to suffer even when they know hes not the dad.

Yeah, that made me laugh a little too. Mostly because she thought she should pretend to have a Mexican accent.....

Yeah its ad its as if its the new thing to do these days , to be sloppy and pop out babies left and right like candy,
and Maury himself is just profiting off the shame every week with "New" eposodes of the same old Format of our terrible generation
of Out of control sexualized teens and sloppy baby mothers who can remember out of the 40 men they slept with in the last 5 years ...
SMH its another attachment to life , all i ask is to be classy about how they carry themselves , at aleast wear a condom dang it !

I know what you mean! I know a girl who is pregnant and there are 4 guys that could be the possible father. Seriously! I don't know understand how guys can get so desperate that they really need to sleep with someone that would odiously spread their legs to anything with a pulse.

Don't you know that maury is all about the theatrics and drama? The more outrageous they are the better for the viewing audience. A lot of people love this stuff. Thank God I am not one of them. ;D

I don't know but when you figure it out please let me know. Apparently some people like to watch those show so they don't take them off the tv. I got three kids all by the same man, my husband.

Pretty gross. A long time ago I think they had a woman who tested over 10 men and had been on the show atleast 3 times. Still didn't find out. Pretty sad. I've actually been a guest on Maury and he is very nice. And no it wasn't for the same topic :)

you aren't kidding...i'm for sexual freedom if someone wants it. for myself, not personally so, but idc who/how many others have sex with. but really...if you're gonna it, PLEASE be smart about it. don't take a risk at bringing a child into the world if they won't even know who their father is bc you can't tell them.
