I agree with you here... There should be so many companies that have news letters. That would inform people enough to become customers etc...

I just did a search and it came right up and I did it and got credited for it. Very easy.

I didn't get any questionnaire. It just goes right to the "Thank You for Opting to Receive the Home Depot emails" screen

It was a very short "yes"/"no" opt-in or out of other offers page, if I'm recalling correctly. Easy to miss, (3-4 optings). Then again, sometimes that thank you page needs to be left open 5-10 minutes to allow the offer to credit, (like it does for surveys to credit).
