Well SOME of you have been asking me "Kohler, I really love the FusionCash Post-Manias but it has been SUCH a long time since the last one - when is the next one?
And to that I say, COMING JUNE 16th @ 1 PM PST, 2 PM MST, 3 PM CST, 4 PM EST and lasting until we reach our goal - or you all give up and log off :thumbsup:
If you are unsure what a Post-Mania is - we will have a thread that you will go to and post complete sentences (not copy and pasted) and various reply numbers (like 300, 500, 1000) will have monetary amounts that you will earn if you land on those spots. The forum will constantly tell you that you will need to read the replies before posting so it often is a mad rush to get the number. The only rule is to complete the offer "Oovoo". (If you have already completed and gotten credit then you are entered) The new Kelloggs offer can also be completed for an entry!
Once you are credited - you are entered into the contest. On the day of the contest it will be under the Opt In Contests (found above in the Contest forum) or by clicking HERE (https://www.fusioncash.net/forum.php?board=10.0)

I want suggestions for the days of the week and the time of day. I want as many people to be able to participate as possible and since the post count will go to ONE THOUSAND - it can and has lasted quite a while.
Fantastic!!!! For me, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings (after 6pm central time) would work, Sundays would work well, Saturdays might work, I have a few weekends booked already. I soooo hope it is when I can participate!!!
Thanks Kohler for all you do to make this fun for us! Love you and FC

Another FC member was somewhat leery of that offer too, (no doubt, he's not alone), so I tested it and two different scans vetted the download before install. For this one, I found that you do have proceed beyond just the download, through the install, (vetted but, you should scan the dl before installing, just to be sure), and on to the confirmational e-mail "ooVoo" sends. Conform and it credits after a bit, (not quite 'instantly' mind you).

So how do you install it? I followed all the directions but did not see anywhere to install it. I have the toolbar now and am able to go to the video chat.

Oovoo is safe and is a PC to PC calling system that you can call other Oovoo members and even video chat with them.

I did the oovoo yesterday (I think it was) and got credited, so I guess that means I'm already registered?.? Yea! So I would now suggest that maybe times and days: Saturdays and Wednesdays, noon and seven PM?? I don't know why, just sounds like good days and time.

Yes - all we do is post and post and if your post is say number 300 you would win a set monetary amount for that post. We all have a good time and money is thrown around ;D

That sounds as if you've installed it. Did the credit to your FC balance?

No, still no credit to my FC balance. I'm not sure what to do. Maybe uninstall it and try again with Google Chrome?

I agree, if you complete the offer but don't get credit it isn't fair that you don't get included in the post mania. I will forward the email saying my account is active. Even if you don't give me credit, let me play post mania!!!! :binkybaby: :)

No,I don't believe we're told the posts or amounts beforehand,but it isn't hard to guess that they're usually around the 25,50,75 mark,etc.

No,I don't believe we're told the posts or amounts beforehand,but it isn't hard to guess that they're usually around the 25,50,75 mark,etc.
I think we were told the number we would get paid on before because I remember trying to get to certain numbers. I also remember some numbers were worth more than others. ;D

It is on my computer and so is the toolbar and I have opened the email. What should I do? I don't want to be eliminated from the Post Mania because I can't get it to credit. Falcon, what do you mean? I installed immediatly after downloading, and it wasnt untill after I had finished installing that it even asked me for an email address... so how is it you got an email THEN installed the program if it didnt ask for an email untill installing was completed? I have not recieved a confirmation email, only the one saying my account was created, but I downloaded, then installed, then registered (which is were I gave my email address) then checked out the program it self a little.
UPDATE: I did just now recieve credit, and no I NEVER got a confirmation email, only the email telling me my account was created and telling me my username and password. So a 'confirmation email' is not required.
Looking forward to some post mania! (this will be my first one)

Lucky you. I still have not received credit. I did this offer this morning, downloaded, installed and opened my welcome email. It is on my computer, the toolbar is there and I can go to oovoo and log in. Still no credit. It would not bother too much except that I will miss out on the Post Mania. :crybaby2: I have posted in support and if I don't get credit in the next day or so I will submit a support ticket and hopefully it gets straightened out before Post Mania.

Well, I completed it 30 minutes ago and no credit yet. Received the welcome email (it was not a confirmation email). I just logged out as you suggested, Kfickes....hope that works!! :dontknow:

It was purely a coincidental synchronicity that credit occurred during the same time interval, (ten minute duration), that we exchanged posts about this. I'm neither taking nor, attributing 'credit' for credit ... nothing 'supernatural' about it, aye?

if the window of opportunity is only for 2-5 hours there will probably be no good time for everyone which does not seem really all that fair, it should be opened up for at least a 24 hours period and perhaps spread out the number of prizes(rewards) amongst 5000 or 10000 entries and keep the numbers(positions)unknown until the contest closes, and perhaps also limit entries to a total of 10 or 20 per member so that more people can participate without a lot of frustration and the feeling that if they are not available during the 2-5 hour window that they have not been cheated out of the opportunity to participate. What things worked well or not so well the last time? What were the suggestions for improvements after the last time? Have those ideas been taken into account? I have never read the thread about this as in all the time I have been here this is the first time this is coming up. Just some thoughts for consideration.

Well,I did the Kelloggs offer about 20 minutes ago and still no credit.I don't know why we have to do a certain offer to be qualified. :dontknow: Heaven knows there's a 50% chance of the offer not crediting and some people will be unfairly punished for that.I mean,I've cashed out for three months in a row,if that doesn't qualify me I don't know what will. :'(

June 16th is the day....look at page one of this thread for the updated info that Kohler posted. The thread he creates for Post-Mania will be locked until the top of the designated hour. When he unlocks it, you just start posting as fast as you can. You can post anything you want, but remember that you have to post complete sentences.

This kind of sucks. My computer is on it's last legs and won't handle an install like oovoo. Anytime I try to install something new like that it crashes. And I've done a Kellog's offer in the past so I don't think it will work for me.

While I'm not recommending this as a suggestion, another FC member mentioned uninstalling and then retaking an offer, (also, I'm not sure if this is even permitted by FC's Terms of Service - Admin or Kohler would know). :-X

That quote was modified because the one most people are familiar with didn't capture the subtle undertones intended, (plus, we used to break wild horses by walking them into water up to the base of their necks and it was necessary to sit on them and be ready to pull their heads up when they struggled against the inertia of the water). At any rate, it is possible to force a horse to drink water however, if the horse's head is held under ... well, the whole thing's an alternate metaphor which is better interpreted by an individual than spelled-out by another.

I am confused.
BTW...for those of you concerned about the download / installation being safe....My Norton program indicated it to be an approved / secure site and virus free...green light go on both.

As you are looking at your screen to read this, allow your gaze to drift to the left side of that screen. Your posting 'nym, (name), shows as "mom2taz" and directly beneath that it reads, "Opted-In", (if your screen isn't wide enough or, the window you're looking at is sized too small, it won't be seen by you, however).
Rest assured, FC added the "Opted-In" notation for those who are eligible to participate in the Post Mania contest, (as Kohler could confirm). :thumbsup:

You might look at your Offers Credited on the Account page and make sure you received credit for ooVoo, (or the Kellogs offer; both of which are being used by FC as prerequisites for participating in the upcoming Post Mania contest).

The Post Mania contest sounds like a good contest to take part in so I hope I can. I'm definitely curious as to how this will work and the cash is the best part too of course. I've never taken part in this contest so I'm interested in what will happen and how it will turn out.

Kohler - those posts in post mania do not count towards our 30 does it? I see it added them in. How do we know how many posts we had before the post mania? Or to be safe should we get 30 more posts after post mania today? Thanks for all your hard work putting that on. It was a blast.

I do NOT understand how this works, at all. Maybe FC should have a static page just listing rules/ instructions that we can refer to? Or is there one and I just don't know it? I don't get it, all the same.
