i hate monday because it the start of a long week

It seems like everything starts off slowly. Plus, it's hard to get back in a rhythm of going to bed early. :(

I really don't hate monday's I just don't like for the weekend to end and it seems everything goes wrong on mondays

I do not hate Mondays! I love Mondays! Remember the song: "Monday, Monday" by the Mamas and the Papas...it is supposed to be the best day of the week! Other good things start on Mondays: A new busy week because Sunday was the day of rest, a new work week, MaritimeMonday.com a website dedicated to our hardworking mariners and much more.

Because I have great weekends and I don't want them to end.

Monday, Monday/Can't Trust That Day.
I'm almost never happy to see it come and almost always glad to see it go.

Well, it's a few things. When I was younger it was the whole school thing. Even as I progressed through school it seemed like my Monday's were always harder than the rest of the week. I generally either had a math class, science, or gym first thing in the morning so that got to be annoying.
In college my Monday's were always my long days. I'd be there at like 8AM and leave a 9PM while the rest of my days would be like 1PM to 6PM. True that some of that was my choice but I can only take the class when the schedule it and they always seemed to be in the worst possible spot.
Now, it's cause I'm about to go back to my summer job thing and normally I get stuck with the Monday morning shift which basically means making fudge and caramel corn cause the weekend shifts didn't do it and we are down to pretty much nothing. Which means that by the end of the day my arms and shoulders will be sore and my palms blistered cause of all that.
It's not really Monday's fault. It just happens to be the day that a lot of crappy things fall on.

WELL, I used to hate Mondays because it was the beginning of back to work for a whole week. Now I don't work and the only reason I dislike Monday is because it means that companies and people who don't call so much during the weekend start back on Monday. To me, phones are a necessary evil but I don't like them. :BangHead:

I did hate mondays when I was younger, but now I am so happy to see everyday. Everyday is a new day to do something better than yesterday.

I love Mondays ... it is the beginning of my weekend ... I work on Saturday & Sunday.

I LOVE everyday !! I LOVE Mondays. Monday starts another week to do the best you can do and be the best you can be. A chance to start again. I believe that everyday is a gift from God and I will rejoice and be glad in it!

I don't generally hate Monday's either. In fact there never was a time I hated Mondays. Even during the years I was a student I didn't mind Mondays. I just don't like having to wake up early...and it doesn't matter which day of the week that is.

Because there's a lot of traffic on the roads and highways.

Since I became a huge reality show fan, I am beginning to like Mondays a little more. I have a line up of drama from 7:00pm until 11:00pm. The days are so hectic. It is cool to have a true "movie night."

I don't hate Mondays as much as I used to, but it might be since I'm on a break from school and not working yet, so all the days feel the same to me :)

I hate Mondays because it's the first day of the week so there's four more to go. Plus it signifies (spelling?) the end of the weekend.

I hate Mondays because they always seem to drag! The time just creeps on at a snail's pace and it's so tiring! But after Monday it's not so bad!

Mondays are not so bad but it is the end of our weekend and at times I dont want my weekends to never end. 8) :)

My husband goes back to work, and he doesnt wan't to. His days off end too soon!

Who don't hate Mondays? I think everyone does, whether you're working or not. It just seems very depressing.

It's my Saturday off from work, though I do have class that day which kinda stinks.

I used to hate mondays when I was working. The start of the week was always the worst!!. I am now retired so, Every day in a weekend!!

Be glad this coming Monday is Labor Day so you cannot hate it. You’ll have a long 3 day weekend for your enjoyment.

I dont like them usually because its the start of a long work week and on the weekends I have usually had lots of fun and really dont want that to end but it does.

I used to hate Mondays so much that when I had the opportunity, I dropped it from the work week!!! The worst was Monday the 13th (not Friday the 13th). I don't know what it is about them but I am even afraid to stay in bed with the sheets over my head because the roof might fall! LOL Ok a little dramatic but you get the jest. Now I just use them for a down day and time for me. End of a weekend and beginning of a week and people out of routine and the energy in the traffic to work was always horrible. Mondays are necessary. . . but I like them a lot better now!

I don't just hate Mondays, I hate every day. Every day sucks for me because every day is always the same. Same crap, different day. Although different days have different things about them I look forward to, like new episodes of favorite shows for example.

I hate mondays because I got to get up at 6 in the morning and get ready for school. Then I have to sit in school for 7 hours and then come home and do homework because the seven hours of school wasnt enough... -_-

i like monday, it just like new routine activities. after uncluster weeken.

I guess bc the whole cycle begins again... round and round I go, day after day.
