" ... Music loud and women warm, I've been kicked around
Since I was born.
And now it's all right. It's OK.
And you may look the other way.
We can try to understand
The New York Times' effect on man."
Life goin' nowhere. Somebody help me.
Somebody help me, yeah.

Although never a fan of disco, the SNL version that John Belushi was a memorable tribute.

Sad that we are losing all these icons but i guess that it is the way things go and time takes its toll.
R.I.P. Robin & Thank you for the music.

RIP Robin Gibb and sympathy to the family, especially to Barry. It's hard to harmonize alone.
-
RIP. How sad for Barry, you never expect all your brothers to die so young, you just always think siblings will be there, especially when you are the oldest. Out thoughts are with him and all their family.
-
No one will every have that sound again. The BeeGee's are iconic
-
RIP Robin; now he is up there sining with the other greats who left us too soon.

What the ... ? He's "up there" "sining"[sic]? So, 'sinning' is frowned upon on earth but, is an e-ticket ride "up there", huh? Who knew ... ?

I love the bee gees i grew up listening and thier songs are the only ones that stop my axiety attacks I was so sad to hear the news

I too loved the Bee Gee's. Very sad that the world has lost another wonderful voice. I hope that he was ready to go and is now in heaven. If so the choir is sounding that much better with him in it!

Its so sad to hear that he passed away.

I know, it seems like this year we've been losing many great icons of the music industry... Last week Donna Summer; the week before Adam Yauch (from the Beastie Boys); Richard Clark died last month (stupid forum... won't let me post the first name he's most known by); Robert Sherman (musician for Mary Poppins and other Disney movies) left us in March; Don Cornelius (creator of Soul Train), Davy Jones, and Whitney Houston passed away in February; and Etta James in January.
We will miss them all! :'( May their songs live on! :angel11:
