I like to just be alone and relax. I know I need to take the stress away. Tell me some of your ways to relax.

Relax, forget your problems and try to find solutions for those problems.

I usually try to isolate myself from other people so I usually go on a nature trail

Take a nice hot shower and relax while eating and watching TV. I love cooking too, it makes me relax and keeps my mind off of other things!!

You come home, you slam the door. Then you say out loud," This is my domain, I am(Queen) or(King)". Get over it and take a nice bubble bath with your favorite bubbles. When you are finished, go into the kitchen and fix yourself something tasty. Finish your evenning with your favorite book or movie. Get to bed early, so you will get plenty of ZZ's. In the morning go kick some butt(literally speaking only). 8) tell yourself," It's all good" and I shall have ;) :wave: a blessed day.

;D lol yeah to that effect just don't do what my husband does he has a bad day and comes home and acts like an idiot wanted to say the a word lol but knew it would knock it out. I usually tell whoever "not right now it was not a good day give me a few then i go get a tub going and read a book while soaking another good thing is to clean

I always like to take a long hot bath after having a bad day. But in January I had knee replacement and now cannot get in and out of bath tub. I wish I had one of the walkin tubs but they cost alot o money. And medicare will not pay for anything to taking a bath. Oh Well, maybe I will win the lottery (LOL) and then I can get me one. i look at my one year old sons smiling face, and im instantly okay. especially once he giggles..its the best! :binkybaby: ;D

I take a nice long hot shower, get something to drink and then watch a movie.

I will usually work in the yard landscaping and planting flowers, it is great therapy for me. I can also spend time with my daughter.

I try to distract myself by taking a hot bath. Usually the stress will shut me down so I go to sleep and generally feel better when I wake up.

After a bad day, i just go hang out with some family to take my mind off my problems, or i may just put in a DVD movie and just get lost in watching the movie, which is a good distraction. I think that also you could try a glass of red wine to take the edge off as well.

Since most of my bad days are work related, it is good just to get home and sit in front of the TV or computer.

I go to the bed room, turn the lights off & lay down on the bed. I close my eyes & visualize the terrible day & in my mind's eye, I change what happened in which I come out being the winner. I hold on to that for a few day's until I can finally face the reality of what really happened. :thumbsup: :wave:

Staying to myself sometimes feels good, but also taking the dog for a walk for awhile helps me to unwind in feel... :wave:

the best relaxing way for me is to spend the off work time with my beloved people around me and have fun like eating out or sporting out so the stress would go away immediately.

I take a nice warm bath and listen to some soft music or read a book. Sometimes depending on the weather I go for a walk.

How would a hypothetical supernatural entity hypothetically go about helping one to have a better day? More to the point, why would it if such is up to the one having a day?

Spending time with my grandson always makes me feel better.

I started a Journal to Jesus and I usually just add to that... I don't know if Jesus reads it, but I think the Almighty might and that makes me happier.

I like to take some time to myself. May favorite stress reliever is playing the piano.

I take some tme for myself: a walk with headphones, a drive alone or a nap or a book in my room. But most importantly, I tell myself not to let it get me down.

Sometimes I just like to play the piano or listen to soft songs that glorify the Lord. I will cast all my cares upon You (Jesus) it says in the Bible.

Sounds like a recipe to make a "terrible day" much worse by numbing the mind with faith-blindness.

If I'm still breathing, then I give thanks to the Lord for letting me endure. You see, a better time will come. Maybe tomorrow or maybe in a year. The Lord guarantees it. What is funny, we don't even know it. Our God doesn't give up on people. EVER! :heart:

Praying is the best thing. Its a way to vent too. God already knows what I am thinking, but I like to get it out. I also listen to music that helps me get out my stress and frustration.

Such 'magical intercessory rituals' are merely the mumbling of the faith-blinded to themselves since there's no valid evidence of the existence of any supernatural egregore they blindly believe they are mumbling to.

I like listening or singing to music. That definitely relaxes me when I am having a stressful day.

There are many things that I do to relieve stress. They include; listening to music, being with friends or significant other, playing video games, having sexual activities, talking to family members, exercise, and rest. Stress is definitely something that will not leave my life. I need ways to cope with it.

I try and sit and relax...like right now. I hope one day I can pay all my bills by getting paid emails and watching videos... :)

For me to feel better I really like being alone at home and watching a program or movie that I like. No phone calls if I want to sleep, sleep; just chilling at home. If i'm upset with someone or something sometimes going shoppin and buying me something will also do it. ;)

What I do to feel better after a terrible day is I come home and take a long hot shower and then I go in my room to cut the TV on and lay down. Or sometimes I will get something to drink and just lay back to read a book to be alone; I think it helps after a terrible day.

I also like to be alone to relax, being in a quiet area, and doing something i enjoy doing, weather that is reading, watching tv, or just taking a nap. I always want to be comfortable and in a quiet place where it will be peaceful.

The wine has a more demonstrable effect than 'praying', (which has none).

after work enjoy the company of your family, watch a good movie and just relax, I hope this helps!

i enjoy eating some ice cream and going on my computer and watching a little tv

I play with my daughter and spend time with my husband. They always make me feel better at the end of a rough day!

Its amazing how so many people from different areas and cultures like the some of the same things
