i walk and work in my yard since i can not do regular workouts i also swim as often as i can

I use an elliptical, run around the neighborhood and do sit ups and dips. I haven't been that very good exercising. I am feeling low energy.

Sex is generally good exercise, (barring any cardiovascular instabilities); especially with a partner.

I walk a lot. I love walking. I used to walk about 10 miles every day but can no longer do this. I still try to walk two or three miles every day but slowly. I also go to the Y but not very often. The Y is being remodeled and renovated. Construction is a mess. I hope to begin going more regularly after renovations are over. I love the hot tub, pool, sauna and machines. I feel so much better after going to the Y. :wave:

I do alot of walking. I like to walk on the boardwalk or a few blocks to my relatives home.

I sold my car about 5 years ago and I walk around town like a crazy woman. I also have a recumbent bike and an elliptical trainer but sometimes I just use them to hang my clothes on.

At one time, I'd considered a motorized recumbent bike but, upon brief reflection, that would've defeated the purpose of exercise.

Tai Chi 2x a week. It's good for circulation, relaxation, balance, among other things. :) My husband teaches so at least I have someone to practice with....and get me motivated. :)

I don't do anything for excerise I am not the running type and I don't like going to the gym. Mow the lawn and mess around outside.

I try to do 30 minutes of exercise each day. I ride my bike around town and swim when I can. :)

Swimming sounds like a fun exercise, I have to learn very soon- my kids too. I have a prized Gold's Gym treadmill that I have put QUITE a few miles on. I'm looking forward to getting an accompanying stationary bike soon.

Zumba, walking, strength training and various workout videos depending on my mood

i do jillian michaels workouts all the time,sweat,burn,and scorch your calories.

I go to the gym a couple of times a week.
On the other days I walk It must be working I've lost 15 lbs so far! :wave: :peace:

As of now, my exercise consists of: Mowing the yard, cleaning out the entire house from clutter and junk. Running a garage sale and doing minor home repairs and painting. Getting house ready to sell. Whew!

Strength training with free weights & machines, treadmill, zumba, water aerobics, aqua zumba, yard work.

I watch shows on my trusty treadmill, although I've been meaning to step it up.

I do pushups and sit ups and work out with light weights three times a week. It makes me feel good.

Not much of anything.I have really bad arthritis in my ankles,knees and hips.So it puts a real strain trying to walk.But I still keep doing it every day.

My favorite forms of exercise are walking and strength training with pilates bands. I used to worry if I was doing enough, but after being diagnosed with glaucoma, I can't do any of that heavy duty stuff any more.

I'm almost 7 months pregnant, I'm carrying very small and have been trying to figure out exercises I can do that won't completely stress my body out or be harmful to my baby, can anyone help?

Low-impact isometrics may be what you're looking for.

I've been trying to walk a little bit when I have time or feel well enough to walk. I have been in pain lately with back problems so I am trying to do something easy to get started and hope it helps me feels better

I go on the elliptical for 30min then the bike for another 30min sometimes I add 10min of weight lifting for the arms. I use an Ipod to go with the beat of the music for resistance.

I like to do arobics and weight lifting. Sometimes I like to do intervel training because it burns more fat. :)

:D I love walking all the time, I get up pretty early and walk in the mornings for about 45 minutes. Then i do a cool down walk . I take my multi poo with me she is about 31/2 years old...She loves the walk, plus it's good to get any walking done earlier in the morning, instead of later because it gets hotter in the afternoon...So mornings is best for me.... :peace: :peace: :peace:

Some push ups sit ups everyday thats my exercise might get some cardio with that Zombies run app releasing on the 14th for android

5 Times a week I do the ripped in 30 work out by Jillian Michaels! IT IS WONDERFUL! Occasionally i run on the treadmill for a mile and a half or however long i feel like that day. On days off, i try to walk up and down my stairs as much as i can, and shh but i like to run around my house still! Also, a great work out i have found, is playing with my dog, she likes to chase people so if i start running in the yard or the house, she chases me, workout for me and her!

Interval-training and Kickboxing are my choices for exercise these days.

I go swimming and go to Kenpo class (it is an offshoot of Karate) a few times a week. I also like gardening and work out there a couple times a week if the weather permits. I have been trying to get more exercise in by watching aerobic workout videos on youtube a couple days a week. I have lost some weight but lately I could definitely do better with my diet but sometimes it is hard to stick with it.

I help my husband with his mowing business a couple days a week. We usually speedwalk together 3-4 nights a week too. After having moved for the last month we're letting our bodies rest though - I think we both pulled a few muscles with all the lifting we did. It's no fun getting old. Having to pace ourselves. The Dr actually told us to stretch before doing anything strenuous. Oi' I feel like I'm turning into my mother now.

I walk since I have a 2yr old I put him in his stroller and do nightly walks gets him out of the house also

I reach my hand to the coffee cup. I lift the cup several times to my mouth & sip the contents. I refill the cup....whew!! Repeat several times as needed...lol ;D

At the moment I'm jogging 3 times a week while I'm training for a race, but would like to include some cross training in there.

Personally, I've found that eating pop tarts and watching netflix has been doing amazing work. I haven't gained a pound :D

I am trying to get some walking in but it's really hard with very long days lately. I try to do some stretches and yoga poses for strength but I can't seem to find the time..In the next few months though I should have more time so I will try to fit it in much more

Exercise....lol, what is that. Well I am at home with 4 kids 5 and under during the day , 5 days a week, I haven't the energy for exercise unless you'd count the weekends I am out at Cowgirls dancing.lol ::)

I don't know, I don't get any exerise really. I am weak in my legs so and we live out in the middle of no where so I don't get much exersize but walking is good and I believe if you do it like three days week its good for you.
