sent a ticket to support 2days ago and they havent responded or resent my payment does anyone work in support? bein havin problems with fusion for last week and a half first removed my card info for bank then put it back for cash out now says account not found. I mean we wait a whole month to get are payment and when something goes wrong why does it take so long for a r this is very response. this is very aggrevating please someone how long does support take to anwser and fix this problem???????

Well, you get your payment on the 20th of every month, so if u cash out like say April 14, your cash out time will be around the 20th. You'll be informed of your support ticket soon enough. I know because i posted 1, and it took at least 2-4 days, so be patience and someone will respond. :thumbsup:

:dontknow: I am afraid that when they resend my cashout, they will send it to my old account, like they did last time,, so I just switched to paypal, just in case. I think I rather have it sent there anyway, in case I have to change my bank info again. I don't want to have to wait again. :wave:

Be patient. They respond to the support tickets In the order they get them. It's frustrating I know but they'll respond and If they don't In the next day or so then submit another one.
