Title: FusiionCash took my money that I worked for.
Post by: dhaynescchs on July 13, 2012, 04:08:51 pm
If you do not make you pay out in 6 months fusion will take your money.  They have took my 18.00 dollars and I was still trying to make it before the 6 months was up. I have not deleted them yet because I really liked fusioncash.  This is the first site that was paid to click that has took my money I am making money with others. I have freedom of speech so I hope they keep this up so others can see they will start  you over.

This is one thing I dont understand.    ???    Why and how can they take money from you that you earn just because you dont cash out in a certain time. I am sorry that happened to you and I hope it never happens to me. I call  :bs: on that rule.

As listed under FC's Terms of Service

C. Expiration. Once an offer or bonus has posted to a user's account, he/she must "cashout" within 180 days. After 180 days, offers and bonuses expire and are no longer eligible for payment.

I believe 6 months is more than enough time to cashout. They just want to make sure you are an active member of this site. Even if you just do the paid to click ($0.15) and the daily paid emails ($0.02), in 180 days, you will have $30.60.

I'm really sorry they took your money, though.

 its too bad that happened to you, but the site clearly states the 180 day time frame. let this be a wake up for all new members. better luck in the future

That sucks dude, but next time you read the words in the fine print. Or at least just read around about the site before you sign up, even on occasion I'll read up on FusionCash and it tells you EVERYWHERE, that there an expiration date. Which, I'm sure if there wasn't an expiration date, there'd be a lot of people who would just forget and they'd have money sitting in limbo that FusionCash couldn't get back!

I agree! it's bad enough we don't qualify for they good surveys let alone any survey (for me at least) so the money you do get comes from the slow build, like the daily emails, paid to search, among others. They don't pay a lot so of course it is going to take forever to make some money when most of use only make a few cents a day. I don't understand why they have a quota threshold on when you have to cash out.

I agree with you, but if you are active, you can easily cash out within the time period.  It only takes 89 days to get the $15 minimum from offers if you do the PTC and daily emails only.  If you add searches and videos on top of that, it should take less time.  Then, any bonuses can fill in that last amount, so your posting bonus for those (about) 2 months should help with that.  Really the only way you can't cash out is if you forget it or just don't do it.

It is frustrating though to lose the money you've worked for.  Just make this one of those sites you visit daily and you shouldn't have this issue.

This is one of those things you have to look out for when joining a site like these.  Check the terms (or look it up online) to see if there are any complaints or issues.  Some, if you aren't active, will cancel your account.  Others will remove your referrals.  And others will take their money back.  One of the sites I'm on will take away money if you are active for a month.  So, 180 days is way better than that.

it really is pretty easy to make 25.00 month minimum here. so 18.00 for 6 months consider a lesson learned they do post in rules.

That's why you always read the forums and TOS. I made over $25 in about a week on here so it's not hard to get enough money to cash-out, I think it was with less then 50 offers completed too.

I know that this is a rule of FC, and I understand their reasons for it.  :peace:

However, I do NOT agree with it. It puts people on a time limit to earn and some people are just slower or not as good at these sites as other people are. I am a member of quite a few GPT and survey sites and they let you keep your earnings forever as long as you keep your account active by logging in every so many weeks or months. They do not reset your balance just because you aren't able to cashout within a time frame.  :BangHead:

That rule definitely sucks. So sorry to hear that happened to you.  :crybaby2:

I'm sorry, but there's no reason why a person should not be able to cashout within the six month time frame, which is more than enough time. There's so much to do on here, from the dailies, free offers, and tasks, and you don't have to spend a lot of time on here.

I am sorry for your loss and I can understand how you feel because I have lost my signup bonus and several others because I too failed to cashout on some of those in the 180 day time frame but since I have realized my error I have been paying attention and since my first error I have now cashed out two times on a monthly basis and just a few dollars away from cashing out this month. SO it can be done. Hang in there and keep trying it will pay off.

If there was one thing I could repeal, it would be the 6 month rule. It's not like everyone can be on this site everyday. I guess, since fc does manual payouts, it makes sense to put a cap, so payouts won't take too long.

6 months is plenty of time to reach $25 even if you just do the free dailies. Its free money that doesn't cost you a cent. Why complain about a half year time limit to claim it?

i think you should stop doing fc if you cant get to $25 in 6 months. it will probably happen again and you will have wasted all that time. they should lower cashout to $15.

Any time you sign on to a get paid to site, you need to make sure you read All the guidelines and Terms, If you get on FC everyday and do the freebies that they have you will be able to cash out before that 6 month period. If I neglect to cash out and lose my money , it is no ones fault but my own.  :peace:

I am sorry but six months is a LONG TIME to make $25 dollars. I mean that is half a year man. If you cannot 4.50*6=$27 dollars, and this is if you log on and do paid to click every day. Also if you signed up for the first time within the six months you get $5 extra.

Those are the terms and conditions. If you watch Old Buddy's tutorial he will tell you that...But take heart, he will also tell you how simpe it is to NEVER have that happen. If you do the daily e-mail, and the paid to click, and post your required forums to earn your $3 bucks each and every day, you will earn $25.00 in 180 days. THAT'S IT... Could it be any easier?

How exactly do you get paid to click and earn $0.15??? I know about the emails which has brought me all the way up to $15 in a little over a month... Every site has rules and I understand the frustration of losing money the was hard to earn.  Especially for this site.  I would love to learn the tricks of earning over $100 on this site. I find it hard to earn the minimum to cash out ($25).  If anyone would like to help me I will be more than glad to accept their advise

I am currently waiting for my first FC cashout.  ;D  BUT, I only cashed out 5 DAYS before I was going to lose my sign-up bonus. It is important to keep track. When you get really close to losing your money, you will see a note: "expires in # days" under the offer on your account page.

I didn't make my money very fast because I didn't want to sit at the pc. It could have cost me more than $5, but I knew about the deadline and got to work. Now, I am trying to get on everyday for my email and paid to click and well Cheap-flights when its here.

I believe 6 months is more than enough time to cashout. They just want to make sure you are an active member of this site. Even if you just do the paid to click ($0.15) and the daily paid emails ($0.02), in 180 days, you will have $30.60.

I'm really sorry they took your money, though.
I have to agree 180 days if more then enought time if you do the paid emails .02 and the daily ptc.15 and take surveys .30 and up and don't forget to post in this forum(30 post a month for $3.00) so it's not that hard to cash out before the end of the 180 day, I figure if I can do it, then anyone can and I don't come on here everyday like I should.

The only thing that I can say to that is read the terms of service and abide by the rules. Since this didn't happen to me I may seem to take it lightly, but I do believe if you invest you time and effort to accumulate money you should be allowed to keep it.

What do you mean pay out in six months?

The FAQ indicates that members have six months, (180 days), from the time an offer is completed to request a cash out before such expire.

It does clearly explain in the rules that there is a time limit for cashing out. If you've only made $18 in 6 months I'm guessing you weren't doing very much of the actual offers from other companies or not doing much in general? I tihnk it's fair that they have the time limit. It is VERY easy to make the $25 in the required time. I think they only have the time limit to make sure people are actually using the offers from the companies whom are paying fusion cash to keep the ite up and running. If no one actually used those companies offers and people ONLY participated in the forum or other free offers that are not paying fusion cash then the site would shut down! And we do not want that  :D

I hope you stay with the site and give it another go. If you're having trouble making the right amont in time there is a TON of support you can get on here to help you get more than enough money by the deadline! Good luck for your next pay out!

:'( Yes, I am sorry that happened to you but it is possible to make it within the 180 days with minimum effort.  I have been cashing out now about every month and a half and I only do the daily stuff that everyone can do so my advice would be don't despair.  I know it stinks to lose $19 bucks worth of effort but just start over and endeavor to work at it for a few minutes every day. Ahhh I had my own learning experience.  I had acquired enough to cash out in time BUT I was hoping to get to $50 before cashing out.  AND when I first got to $25 more of it was in bonus money so as I was growing it to meet qualifications and then had the goal of  $50 .  Well one day I noticed the amount was starting to go down. Well the 6 month expiration had caught up with me and I cashed out immediately.  I lost a few bucks but the rules are there and I remembered seeing but just didn't realize had been 6 months.  Lesson learned and my bad.  Good part is I only lost amounts as they hit the 6 month mark.  So maybe some of yours is still available.  Amazingly it all seems so simple to me now.  The first 6 months seemed so hard.  I guess that was my learning curve . .. :-

This thread is old but I still see people replying to it so I'm going to add my 2 cents to it.  We always see terms of service or rules with many websites and this is definitely one website that if you are active on here you should be reading the rules and making sure you watch what you are doing because rules are there for a reason.  As long as these rules are there and you read them then there shouldn't be a problem.  If I let it go to the 6 month mark and still wanted to try and cash out and they started expiring offers on me and taking the money I would expect it because it was in the rules before I started earning on here.  I wouldn't come on the forums and wonder why that is or act like they are stealing the money from me, I just don't see how you go 6 months and don't cash out.  The last month I haven't been on a whole lot and still have 10$+ so it makes no sense to me.

I believe this rule is in place because some people join these kind of sites and just let their memberships sit idle for one reason or another. If you want your money that you made, then just keep coming back offten and earn more. it's not that hard to do, If I can do this, ANYONE CAN.
