Why do I get this "Action Required" message on red letters, when I click "Account" on my top menu? It states something about confirming what type of account do I have for Direct Deposit; if it is Savings, Checkings, Prepaid Card, or otherwise. The thing is, I have never used Direct Deposit, or solicited Direct Deposit Cash Outs, I've only used Paypal once, and yesterday I cashed out the Paypal way, I don't know what is this all about, maybe another glitch? like the demographics question cash out glitch? Anybody else seeing this, or is it just me the unlucky one?

FC Admin can certainly confirm, (or clarify), this however, it looks like a confirmation of payment type selected. I just confirmed that I use DD and it was done, (no addtional information/account numbers required unless one is changing payment methods).

LOL..Ok, I'm not the only one. Requested for me to confirm info. for an account that I have no association.

I got this message also; don't use direct deposit so I'm assuming it's a generic notice (ie everyone got it) and/or it's a glitch in the system.
If it applies to you, then verify your information. If it doesn't, ignore it.
I sent in a support ticket telling support about it and told them I was going to ignore it.

It doesn't apply only to direct deposit since the paper check and PayPal methods were mentioned as well.

It was a glitch in the system -- should have been sent just to those of us that use direct deposit. It's been fixed. At least, it doesn't show up on my account page anymore.

Nobody's payment method was changed, and if you are on check or PayPal, you can still receive payment that way.

I didn't get that, but it seemed a little scary just hearing it from you guys. Whew.
