Avocado Yogurt Dip (P2)

13 minutes.
Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt (I use Chobani)
* 2 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
* 1 tablespoon finely chopped seeded jalapeņo pepper
* 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
* Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
* cut up veggies-for serving
1. Place the yogurt, avocados, garlic, cilantro, jalapeņo, lime juice, and cumin in a blender or food processor
2. Mix until smooth
3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste
4. Serve with sliced vegetables

That sounds awesome and really healthy too with the yogurt and avocado. Thanks for sharing this, I can't wait to try it. I just bought the avocados yesterday but ran out of yogurt.

I can only assume you are adding the yogurt to cut the fat and calories of guacamole since the only difference between it and this is the addition of the yogurt.

I have never had any thing like an Avocado Yogurt Dip!!! but it does sound good and looks easy enough for me to make, thanks

That sounds really good. I absolutely love avocado.

Sounds good but a lot of work.... I think I'll have to stick with the Avocado dip in the refrig section of my favorite grocery store....

I just wanted to let you know that I made this recipe today. It was really good! I could have eaten it by itself with a spoon but my daughter wouldn't let me!
She used it for topping on her burrito!
