I think a line has to be drawn, I am noticing companies are doing this more and more, I am a long time fan of fusion cash, but I think I will quit doing so many surveys now since they are just taking their money back more and more. It does not seem fair to me to complete a 30 minute survey and have them yank the money right back out of your hand. Wrong..I don't care what excuse they use for it, furthermore, I think if they do this, they should tell you exactly why, the company, not fusion cash...they should have to explain for why they take your money, gosh money don't grow on trees. Just my opinion and probably my course of action to go do surveys where I can trust they won't be grabbing their money back.

i agree, it's like they got all the info from you so they just take the money back they got what they needed
-
i have had that done a couple of times, not sure why. they waited till the end of the month when i was cashing out then right before i was suppose to get my check said tuff now you are short on cashing out because they took your survey money back. wouldnt have bothered me so bad if i wasnt expecting the check in a day or two.

That's not good. I don't do surveys, not worth my time. Good luck

I'd personally prefer to see survey credit's remain in a 'pending' status until the sponsor has reviewed the survey. Having surveys appear as approved for over a month and then show as denied with a vague explanation is a bit disheartning. You don't even get the penny for attempting the survey after they take it back. I also agree that a more specific reason should be given to FC as to why they are being denied. 20-30 minutes of my time is worth a bit more than a form letter as far as I'm concerned.
-
I also think they should have to explain why they do have all of our information ect so it does make one think they just didn't want to pay when its so easy to just deny it

I've had this happen 2x this month. Now I'm not getting my payout on the 20th of this month because of the money and then THEY GAVE ME THE MONEY BACK! So I could get this cash out, but since they revoked payment of my survey my cashout was denied. Now I have to wait until November, AND had a survey declined this month. I guess I have to cash out at $30 instead of $25 so that if a survey is revoked, I will still get my cashout! :BangHead:

i've had an offer and some surveys revoked before too. I didn't like checking my account only to see that it was lower than what it was the day before. work down the drain for no good reason.
-
I totally agree with you. I got denied the $1 from the survey Drinking Water back from Sept 30, 2012. I did everything that was supose to be done. I am almost ready to quit doing it all together. I am tired of doing work for nothing.

 i guess i am lucky because in the 6 months i have been on fusioncash i have never had an offer revoked. i do not see how they cpould revoke a asurvey once it is completed. what are the rules on this?

The only time I had credit revoked was when I ordered something on the FC mall. Then, it got lost in the mail delivery service and I declined to have them ship another one. That time, it was fair.
However, this nonsense with survey companies not crediting or later revoking credit is why I choose not to do surveys. There is one company that I am sure is not legit because they never once credited me after answering all their questions, including the closing questions that are customary at the end of surveys (how do you feel about this survey, will you do another based on your experience). At that point I got a DQ message.
My time is precious. I don't choose to waste time. If I knew how to tell which companies played fairly vs the cheaters, I might actually help out by doing surveys more often..

iv had that happen once and yes i wish they would tell why they took there money back its kinda upsetting :crybaby2:

I agree that FC is not responsible for the surveys companies revoking credit. However, they should monitor which companies do this excessively and rethink if they want to continue to sponsor them. People do not want to spend time on credits that are likely to get revoked.
-
This happened to me on one of the surveys I took, but then they said it was a mistake and instead of the $1.00 credit they doubled it so I got $2.00.
-
I have also had a few offers that credited and then were denied. It is :bs: that they take your info then keep your money. I know FC is not to blame and do not blame them in any way. If they don't get paid, we can't get paid. But it is maddening when it happens and as someone else said earlier, it is happening alot more often now than it used to.

Survey companies have been revoking credit from your account? ??? That's strange and if they haven't explained why, they should. That's never happened to me before so reading about this is making me think. Usually companies would screen people out at the beginning of the survey if they didn't qualify. So revoking someone's credit sounds odd. Don't allow someone to complete an entire survey if you don't want to pay them.
