What is tough love and why would one give someone tough love?  :dontknow:

Tough love is what you give to your kids to teach them responsibility and respect and hard work.  instead of having spoiled brats run around talking back and all that garbage, my kids listen to me cause I am tough on them.  But they know that I love them more than anything
