I would say with moderation of all the kidos diet there should be no problem as long as it is real milk (preferably 2% or less for the less fat thing) and there are no health issues known to prevent the consumption of such a beverage/food (as in diabetic, lactose intolerant...ect). I would also say for someone who is able to consume the milk and rarely gets much dairy in their diet this would be a pretty dare good thing. ;-) But remember to always try to introduce the other option as well from time to time and to ask 'would you like milk? would that be white milk or chocolate milk?' so you always leave it open ;-)

Chocolate milk is fine in moderation, however every morning for a 2 year old seems a bit much. Perhaps try one that is low in sugar.

I can't imagine it being a big problem, if it is real milk - Its good I think to try to get kids to have a varied diet but if they will only drink chocolate milk then better to have that than no milk at all I would think.

It isn't dangerous. The milk source from that is a good thing to have everyday. The sugar amount because it's chocolate milk on the other hand is what I would watch out for. It is better then juices and soft drinks. If your child won't accept anything else you can dilute it with pure milk as half and half would be better. It's also a good way to pull your child away from the chocolate milk eventually. All that said I LOVE CHOCOLATE MILK!!!

Well once or twice a week is not bad, but everyday is kinda not good due to the Chocolate that's inside, there's always Soy Chocolate Milk its healthier but still not good if its drank everyday but its still better then the average Chocolate milk. [Health Wise not Taste ><]

I wouldn't say that it's good or bad.  Some people do fine with dairy and most children can deal with the calories.  A small portion is providing protein, carbohydrates and fat; however it's the "wrong" kind of carbs and fat.

As people get older chocolate milk might be viewed as "dessert" because it could elevate triglyceride levels and lead to blood sugar issues.

That being said, it's important to use your best judgement.

Chocolate milk has more sugar but the benefit is better. A lot of kids won't drink white milk but will drink flavored milk. It's good for them don't stop.
