Well, I am lost and saddened this day - I have been "struggling" to make cash-out this month - and today - when I attempt to watch videos, which have been exceedingly hard to come by this month - I now receive the message today that I am "banned from volume 11" - is this happening to anyone else?; is it just me? Has this ever happened to anyone here?; does anyone know why? Please, please enlighten me as to why I am being punished!... :-( - looks like no chance at cash-out, as even my searches do not credit this day.... :BangHead:

wow I have no idea a support ticket maybe? I've never seen that message my video's aren't loading today hopefully another FC member can be more helpful

I've never had that happen to me before though other things prevent me from watching videos like a black screen. You can try the daily tasks. You still have two days left to reach cashout!

I have never had that happen to me, so I am not sure what that means. May be you can try the tasks.

sorry this happened i went to the videos and ckicked on one for 4cents but it said this video would not be right for you so i'm thinking what the you know, and just passed it somethings are not worth the time or energy.

thanks everybody for your replies! looks like will NOT reach the magic number this month! tried, but no go - there aren't enough tasks for me to make and videos still give me this message - wish knew what to do - but that's life - win some - lose some - this time I lose... :-(

and did you maybe get credited for a video too many times? that's the only reason I can think for.

I have been having problems with videos lately also. I click on them and it says no longer available. Or they just don't load. Wondering why we haven't been getting all the super bowl commercials like we have the last couple years.

I've received the same message. I have a hunch it's because I watch video's on other sites too. Unbeknownst to me there is a limit as to how many times we can be credited for watching them. I guess I should have read the rules on videos before assuming they are were for me unlimited. For a moment I folded my arms and stomped my foot...not fair...but gotta move on and learn from it.

Good info here. I was never aware there was a limit on FC. Sometimes the same video is listed twice. Some stay on after they credit and others get removed. Some credit more than once others seem to never credit at all. :dontknow: I typically only watch them here so no issues there.

did not achieve cash-out as for unknown reasons still banned from Volume 11 videos - even sent a support ticket to volume 11 - this has effected ALL sites I work - so I have lost lots and continue to lose every day - the one chance I had of boosting my disability incomme is now fading away by the day - this really hurts now and I can't find any help nor solution - woe is me! :BangHead:

I just looked at 4 videos, and never received the credits. I have never been banned-that is a new one.

I never had that happen to me, but then again, I've stopped watching those videos a long time ago. ::) ::) ::)

The reason is not unknown - as was stated by another poster, it happens when you repeat the videos at more than one site. I suggest you try to make up the difference by checking out the free offers FC has. There are a lot of regular offers that don't require a credit card.

From time to time I find that the videos don't work like they are supposed to....there are several on there today that come up as "video cancelled by source" and there are also some that say you must click the referral link to get credit....do they mean FB or Twitter? I did FB on them but have not received credit so I don't know what to do about that. Also, some are age restricted.....if you are too old, they don't let you in and I imagine if you are under 18 they would screen you out of some as well. Let us know what "banned by volume 11" means if you find out!
