Well Ladies, did your men get you roses for Valentines Day? Mine did not get me none, but in all fairness his work has been shut down about 10 weeks, otherwise he probably would have done something...flowers? Maybe, Maybe not.
And men....what about you did your ladies get you anything?

I'm sad to say it, but NO FLOWERS this year... Unless you count pictures of flowers via text?? Lol

No man got me flowers for Valentine's Day, :'( but I couldn't pass up flowers from me to me! Give some love to me this year! :heart:

I got a VHS copy of Disney's Atlantis and in turn bought us some Eye Opener. Yum

I received a couple of teddy bears holding flowers from a guy I recently met. We had dinner together and talked and laughed. We also did some other stuff and the bottom line is....
He knows how to make me feel very, very loved. :heart:

Yes, I got a dozen beautiful red roses from my man. :) :heart:
I'm wondering if they are as expensive in different areas than they are in mine. I think a dozen is around $70 here on Valentines.

No flowers, hubby was working until late. I had a lunch planned for us today, but he took a pass on that. I think he is just to tired from working so much. So he's got an extra nap foe Valentines! LOL

Our anniversary is only the week before so I got flowers for that this year instead. I just love flowers!!

I got a single red rose.
It was waiting for me in my truck when I was on my way to school.
My husband didn't get home until 5am and I woke up to go to school at 7:30am, so he put it in my truck so I'd get it in the morning.

I got red roses from my husband and my kids got me a beautiful arrangement of different flowers.

yes. he left me a bouquet on my car. :)
just a cautionary note: last year, he ordered a dozen roses from FTD w/ guaranteed valentine delivery so that i could be surprised at work. they didn't even deliver the flowers until two days later. he did get a refund eventually (of close to $100). but the moment that he wanted was ruined, even with the refund.

Not, this year...but I got candies. I get red roses every spring.

No flowers, but a nice card, $100 and a fabulous expensive dinner. I was completely satisfied.

I got flowers and they are beautiful yet! I enjoy flowers so much so I guess thats why I received some! I am going to try and post my payment from December on here, I am having a heck of a time trying to do this! I have not had much training on computer, so am pretty mixed up sometimes. Did I do it right?

I remember being stressed during a long stretch with no relationship in sight, but I have been happily married 6 years now. It happens when you least expect. :wave:

No, I didn't get flowers. However, I got chocolates and other types of candy for the holiday.

There was a movie out of stock at red box so he bought it for me, gave me some candy, and poetry from a book to frame later that really fits us. :heart:

i was not worried about recieving anything as long as i was able to
spend time with my significant other i was fine with some cuddling
watching movies and smooching.

I didn't get flowers but then I have allergies, so that might not be the best present.

No, I did not get flowers and I did not want any, I rather have the money to buy a new purse or a pair of new shoes (they last longer :)

A dozen roses, a chocolate heart and a card, then took me out to eat, but also to stores, not the greatest to go to dumb stores on valentines day, but oh well.

YES MY HUSBAND GAVE ME RED ROSES AND SOME CHOCOLATES AND I MADE A FULL DINNER FOR HIM :)

My husband did good this year. I got a white gold necklace with blue sapphires in it and a dozen roses. I got him a new GPS for his truck. So I think I did OK??

My wife and I don't do a lot with Valentine Day. However, I bought her a ver nice card that made her smile. We make sure we tell each other "I love you."

No flowers my husband has not given me flowers in years. It's really no big deal if it was I know he would buy them often. It's really the thought behind it that counts.

Nope. No flowers here. I didn't do anything for valentine's day. Didn't send anything to anyone, didn't receive anything from anyone. I don't really celebrate valentine's and I never really have. Of course, it's a little different here than it is in the US but still. Anyway, maybe someday I'll have a reason to do something special but until then, I don't think I'll do anything.

I did not receive anything on valentines day i was hoping i would get at least a card for my husband to show me that he care but for some reason he is not that kind of person, i am not i do not have money so i was not able to buy him anything but i did make him a heart cake that said "i love you" its so weird how we are together but we are very happy together :)

I did not! But that's because I've been single for 5 years now lol, not gonna lie, it gets lonely after a while seeing all the couples out.

I don't have a man so I didn't get anything for Valentine's Day. However, if I did have one I would tell him not to get me any anyway just cause I find it to be a waste of money. I'm not a big flower person to begin with but would rather just do something with him than receive an item.

My lady doesn't actually like flowers, so I got her other things instead, which she loved. I don't expect anything back, but she got me something to emphasize my dry hands. I love my lotion.

My husband and I are putting all extra monies into savings. We made a plan to have a romantic evening with gifts that we made ourselves that didn't cost us anything. I made a nice dinner and chocolate covered strawberries and my husband brought home a bottle of wine. For my gift to him I created a "mix cd" of songs that hold deep meaning to us as a couple. I put them in order as sort of a "story of us" in song. He LOVED it ! My darling husband and I love to make things and we often times sculpt things for each other. Since we are saving money buying sculpting materials is not in the budget at the moment. My husband took the wax from the babybel cheeses I put in his lunches to create my gift ! My husband and I met in an online video game so anything "game related" that we like shows up often times in the gifts we give each other lol. He sculpted a "terrible turnip" for me which is a pet in the game World of Warcraft (our current gaming choice).
