Title: Dog Owners Community Recruit Survey
Post by: raziel1687 on March 05, 2013, 06:47:00 pm
The Dog Owners Community Recruit Survey says that I took it, when in fact I did not. I had to click continue to verify my information in IE, but it wouldn't work, so I switched to FireFox, and now it says that I already took it! :(

It said that you already took it before you switched to firefox? If it happened after you switched then that's why. Unless the survey says that you can switch internet browsers then switching will stop you from completing the survey, saying that you already took it. I don't think that there is anything that can be done about this. Sorry.  :-

Yeah, from my experience, if it says you already took it then you're out of luck.  I've contacted FC Support about similar issues and it's just one of those things they have no control over.  FC Support is a great tool.  :)

Make sure you don't click on the link twice. It doesn't matter which browser you are in, the survey will register as being clicked on in every browser. So you can't switch to another browser and try to click the link again. It sucks, but you just have to chock it up as a loss. I've clicked on the link again because I didn't see the survey had opened in another window. It told me I had already taken it and the open survey window immediately disconnected and told me I had already taken it too.
