Sure thing, I have been playing the system for over 12 years and don't plan to ever stop. Who wants to work when you can just hang out all day and make money online?

Having been unemployed an on unemployment, you may be able to get by for awhile, but its not good for your psyche. Whether or not you're happy, others will start to lose faith in you.

Well... there are honest ways to do it or illegal ways...for example, some people need unemployment, disability,or food stamps to survive... or to make a good hustle with small private bussiness deals for extra money on the side...or like getting free samples or doing this fusion cash thing...or the illegal way which is wrong, like cheating on your taxes, insurance fraud, embezzlement, lying to get extra benefits you dont need, or a lawsuit suing someone for wrong reasons, stealing, scamming others,etc...

this guy works full time at a construction job...supposed to be on disability because of back problems.  people have reported him several times but apparently the govt doesnt care enough to check up on him

With the ever increasing numbers of people on disability I feel that a lot of people must be playing the system.  How can there all of a sudden be more disabled people.  Some people blame it on an aging population, but that makes no sense to me because people who go on social security would not qualify anyway, would they?  When I managed a restaurant, I had someone working with me that got married but never changed her last name.  Another employee told me that it was because if anyone found out she got married, they would have cut off her food stamps and other benefits because she now had a husband that worked.

This is the reason that I think that the government should leave charity work to charitable organizations.  Please don't think I am putting anyone down.  We all need help now and then, but I don't think the government is capable of running anything well except the military and even that sometimes goes wrong.

I knew someone who is on disability due to severe back problems and can not stand for long periods.  So she got a job as a hairdresser full time.  Now.......ladies what hairdresser do you know who cuts hair while sitting?.. She has a nice car, nice apartment, goes out a lot.  Why not, she gets disability and all her tips are not claimed.  Oh, I forgot, she also gets food stamps.  The government doesn't know she works, or that she lives with her boyfriend (who does work), all they know is she is on is disability and is a single mother with no other signs of income!  What's wrong with the picture?

I see lots of people playing the system.  I work in a physical therapy office and lots of people come in after they have been in a car accident. A lot of them are not legit.  A few are.

My mother used to see some people trying to scam the system when she worked in the vestibular department of a local clinic. Vestibular is about a person's sense of balance and many people feel that this is easy to scam since "feeling dizzy" doesn't appear to most of the general population as being anything that you can actually test for. But what the scammer doesn't realize is that there actually are ways to see if a person is dizzy, or are ways to perform tests so as to catch people trying to claim disability for dizziness. My mom actually caught some people trying to cheat on these tests not because they were trying to scam the system, but because no one believed that they actually did have a problem with their vestibular system and were constantly feeling dizzy; they were acting dizzy so as to make sure that the result of the tests would show their dizziness and they could be treated for their problem.

I also know of a person that I suspect may be trying to scam either the government or other companies, although I don't know enough about the laws to know for certain. What I'm finding curious with this person is that they are constantly creating new businesses which never seem to make any money and which don't seem to gather any customers. It's like they're creating these businesses to write-off stuff on their taxes, creating LLCs so that they personally are not held liable, run different expenses through that company (like phone or other utilities), then bankrupting their company so that they don't have to pay for those services bought under the company. I guess it would strike me as being deceitful except that there are numerous of these companies that never really go anywhere, and the fields that these companies are involved with range drastically from being a purse designer / manufacturer to helping families with special-needs children. And there is even a lawsuit with one of the companies where they're suing a liquor store for harassment because the store credited them with some wines for a wine-tasting benefit, but was never paid back for the wines afterwards and the liquor store owner kept trying to call to get the money back for those wines.

There is an episode of King of the Hill where Hank's back is really hurt badly but he doesn't want to admit it.  Finally when he can stand it no longer, he goes to a doctor who doesn't believe him.  During the office visit, the doctor throws *bleep* at Hank and tries other tricks to try to catch him in a lie.  It is a pretty funny episode.  Maybe you should do things like that.  lol
