SavvyConnect 2013-03-06 $2.00 Denied
I did this offer back in March. They wanted you to install their software and keep it on your computer for at least 40 days. They said if you uninstall it before then your credit will be revoked. Well, I've had this program installed for almost 2 months and all of a sudden I get an email saying my credit is being denied for the offer. I think it sucks that Fusion Cash can have offers like this, and I know there's nothing anyone can do about it. I have a feeling this company knew that could get away with doing this, that after 40 days they'll be long gone with that offer. It's like I was tricked into using their software for 2 months and getting nothing for it in the end.
I don't know if this offer is even around anymore, but I would like to know if anyone else has had their credit revoked for this offer as well?

I would do a support ticket for this issue and ask if they can tell you why the credit was revoked. I've had a FC Survey revoked, and then FC credited me the amount plus one dollar again because it was a mistake.

I've had it on my computer for quite some time and I've not had it denied. I would do as the others said and send in a support ticket.

i think you should definitely fill out a support ticket, the issue may not be your fault :thumbsup:

Yeah may just be a tech glitch or something where your firewall is blocking them from seeing it or something like that. FC respects their sponsors and rightfully so but I don't think they tolerate it if too many people are complaining. If the offer is still around and you still have the software installed I think it can probably be resolved, especially if it had already credited.

From my experience from other offers and surveys that were revoked, sending in a support ticket never really helped me. Fusion Cash always says there's nothing they can do because if they don't get paid then they can't pay for the offer. I guess it can't hurt to send one in anyway and see if they can do anything to help me.

Do you have anything to lose by sending in a support ticket? If you have complied to the terms of the offer you at least deserve a reason as to why it was revoked.

I just sent one in. Hopefully they can do something about it. Let see what happens.
