I weigh myself every day. It makes me not eat as much during the day.

I'm a bad girl...I ignore it until an event comes that I need to wear something nice.

It's an important part of my day.  I use it to help with weight control (which is mostly weight I need to lose).  It also helps me plan out my meals.

I think weight scales make a bathroom look sophisticated.  They make nice decoration for any powder room ;).

I get on it but I don't really care what the number is.  I go by how my clothes fit and how I feel.

I think it's okay to own one, but no one should be checking their weight obsessively. Your weight fluctuates by a few pounds every day... A better measure of weight maintenance is how well your clothes fit.

I have been really watching what I eat and exercising for the past 2 weeks so I have been trying to weigh myself ever couple of days.   It does get annoying when you are really trying but the numbers just dont seem to be going down!

I don't weigh myself much because I do not feel the need to.

Typically I don't monitor my weight that much as I'm typically very active.  But during my rehab, I check it every few months to make sure I keep up enough aerobic activity so I don't gain too much weight during my recovery.  I know it'll go down once I'm back to full speed, but if I monitor it periodically I can make other adjustments to minimize my anticipated weight gain due to not training as hard as I normally do.

I weigh myself about every 3-4 weeks.

I don't like scales, but I will weigh myself once in awhile. I don't like it when you go to one doctor and they use a manual scale and go to another doctor and they use a digital scale, which is what I prefer.

I have to go back to the docs in a couple weeks and I hate their scales.I tend to weigh more there. Not sure why.

I currently do not own a scale but if I did I would probably weigh myself everyday maybe more.

No my brother and I are on a quest to get in shape so we weigh every week on Friday. We have both lost over 40 lbs and sometimes we see a loss and sometimes we don't but feel like its important to keep a check on it.

I don't bother weighing myself too often.  The doctor's scale does seem to weigh heavier than mine and mine is new.  I had shingles last August on the right side of my head and could hardly eat for over a month.  I lived on nutritional drinks and lost 16 lbs.  I have only gained back about 6 lbs. of it so I'm not all that concerned with my weight.

I don't think ignoring it makes it any easier but, I do think weighing oneself 1x a week is a good way to maintain your weight!!!
