Just wondering, how come theres noone who appears to have registered before August 17th?

The forum registration date is separate from the FusionCash registration date for privacy reasons.  The date shown as the forum registration date is the date you first looked at a forum page - which is when the system creates your forum account.

The forums only came into being on August 17th, so there's your answer :)

I was wondering what exactly do you mean when you say that we must have $15 from our own activity to cash out?

That just means that at least $15 of your total cashout amount must have come from offer completions. The rest can be from referral bonuses or other bonuses.

so do freebie's count as offer completion? Or only the ones where you have to spend something?

Free offers count as offer completions! Any credit in your account that you have obtained by completing ANY offer on FusionCash is considered an offer completion.
