Title: Favorite day of the week
Post by: melissakat01 on June 24, 2013, 02:34:31 pm: What is your favorite day of the week and why? My favorite day is Saturday because I can wake up late and spend time with my family.

But not anymore, now I try to enjoy every second. :wave:

My favorite day of the week is Friday. I get to see my wife come home early from work so we can spend the rest of the afternoon together. Going on a shopping date for groceries, clothes, and best of all I get to cook for her and enjoying the rest of the evening together.

I guess you are right any day that I could have off is a great day to relax, enjoy life and enjoy my family.

My favorite day of the week is Saturday also. Reason why : my husband, and children and grandchildren get together almost every Saturday and we have such a good time. :heart:

Post by: davidh121 on June 25, 2013, 11:38:29 pm: Saturdays generally. I don't typically have to work weekends and I like the reassurance I don't have to work the next day. Of course, a lot of activities I tend to do seem to often fall on Sundays instead.

Post by: pstovall on June 26, 2013, 01:06:34 pm: Since I'm retired, it's hard for me to pick a day. They are all great, but I do believe I will choose Monday. To me, Monday represents new beginnings, and everything that I didn't get accomplished during the last week has a new chance to be completed. On Mondays, I can see a whole new week unfolding in front of me and I can make new goals.
