Sorry no I didn't qualify for that survey but I have been denied some credits after the fact.  Unfortunately that happens sometimes.  Try not to get to down about it.  Make sure you are consistent about your answers when you do a survey or you may get DQ'd after the fact.  Good luck in the future.

Nope, I've never been denied a survey, don't know why that would happen. But I've been disqualified a million times!

It's happened to someone else. I didn't take the survey, but since it's happened to more than one person, it's possible that there was a problem with FusionCash getting paid from the advertiser and therefore denied the survey.
